I want to do some thing romantic for my man for valentines day because he works at night i and he wont get home till about 10ish i have planned to have rose petals and canldes all the way downt he hall way so when he opens the door thats what he will see. i just dont know what do do for a gife or any thing any ideas???

Okay, I'm getting both. Suggestions? Like I said in my earlier question, it's not a super-serious relationship, so don't think too hard. I was thinking Chocolates and a rose. I don't really have a job, so money is a slightly-larger-than-small obstacle.

The problem is, I have had only two sex partners, and he has had many. Some of the woman he has been with were beautiful, and some had very successful careers. I like myself just fine, but dont think I compare to the woman in his past. When he says things like " you are beautiful", it somehow bothers me. I dont want to come across as insecure to him, and I do have some positive things to offer, but I am not beautiful in the way that some of those other woman were. I know this isnt a specific question, but any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated.

I am trying to make good solid list of things to look for my next relationship. Past one was a completelly nasty relationship that started as too good to be true. And maybe because I never had a list.. I just went with the flow and keep saying hey he is only human so what if he is broke..so what so what

Ive been in a long distance relationship for a few months now and some problems have begun to surface. My girlfriend has a friend in her state that she hangs out with everyday. Every week they watch a movie together and they frequently eat lunch/dinner together. I trust her completely but the problem is, I dont like this guy. I feel like he wants more out of the relationship than friendship. For christmas, he made her a statue of her. He recently said to her something like "Youre the most beautiful girl I've ever met and I'm really happy when I'm with you". Recently, my girlfriend told him she didnt feel like watching a movie with him one night and he got really sad. He stopped talking to her so she agreed to watch the movie with him. She will be spending a few days at his house (he offered) for spring break so that she doesnt have to pay for a hotel. It seems really obvious that he's trying to "get" with her. She said that he isn't but it seems so obvious that he is. What should I do

I'm a college freshman. There is a girl I'm really interested in, but my concern is that we haven't known each other for a very long time. In fact, I talked to her only once in my English class on Friday. She seems somewhat interested in me too because she looks at me quite often. Valentine's Day is coming up soon, and I am worried if someone will try to "snatch her up" on that day. That would be more painful than rejection. I feel that I should give her something on Wednesday to get more attention from her, but the time just doesn't seem right. I need to get to know her more. So I'm in a dilemma. I really don't want to lose her to some other dude because it took me great balls to break the ice. It was hard because she's not outgoing. Is it okay to give her a V Day card? I have a class tomorrow and another one on Wednesday. I guess I should talk to her a lot tomorrow and wednesday-my class is going to the library. I need y'all's suggestions because I can't make my decision.

When relationships go sour and their are kids involved, whyu is it that the ex's bf/gf feel they need to interjecrt and put their 2 cents into business that is not theirs?
Let the parents work these issues out without them having to butt in and make the situation worse. My ex's trifling gf hollers in the background when he is on the phone talking to me about child support and visitation. He is a felon and has been out only half a year and he admiited he has relapsed on drugs and he has a nasty gf that always talks **** when he calls me. They can do whatever the hell they want to where they are but after I've been raising my kid for 9 years without his help, now he puts this crap on my plate and I don't want the drama. I wish he was still locked up it was easier to deal with than this mess.
But why do poeple do that? Btw, I also said my son will not go to that state where they live b/c she is unstable and so is he. Ex agrees. My son won't be a part of the insanity. Wish me luck!

that u dont too that much...like just casually...i only talked to her about stuff in class like...what does that say...and i noticed she had a ut paper on her front cover of her binder and asked her if shes going to school there she smiled and i said im gonna apply there she wasl ike really....ill find out in 2 months...smiling i was like ...thats cool..so awkward silence didnt know what to say didnt stare but...yeah (it was the end of class , she sat down as i was standing looking ready to go)...there she was her head was turned to me...and she said ..bye smiling...so i said see yeah...( so yeah haah i didnt know what else to say but im glad i didnt say keep saying things like oh yeah...or repeat stuff...cause i would sound nervous....)..haha but if i ask her casually soo u got a hot date for valentines? and she says no ...i dont have one either...then give her a high five just to joke around?

theres this dude that keeps giving me these stop time glances in the hall. like one time i had to go down to the wood shop to get a square peice of wood, and when i went to the teacher to ask him for it, he was standing waiting to ask a question or something and our eyes met, and time stopped.....ever since then i get these little looks in the hall. i don't want to ask him out, i just want to talk to him. and i don't want to just walk up and say hi and start talking. that would be a little to obvious. i just need some weird excuse to talk to him. and don't give me any lectures on how im to young for a relationship, and that i need to go do my homework....ITS DONE OK.

My boyfriend and I are still in HS(we're juniors) and we've been out on dates by ourselves and with friends and have been dating for a little over two years. Our friends joke we act like we're married and we have a strong friendship as well as relationship. We were shy at first, but have expanded what we do, but both agree we're too young to have sex or do anything too sexual. However, we're going to be totally alone for the third time this coming Valentine's day, and I want it to be special. However, I don't know what to do! Does anyone have any advice? i broke up with my bf of 2 years about 2 weeks ago..because he never really treated me right and we stayed together so long because we had such an awesome connection and chemistry. well i finally decided i deserved better and was done with always being let down etc. I met this great guy last night, he's everything my ex's not...i can really see a future with this guy, but i know I'm still not over my ex. I would think that it shows that he is needy and clingy. We all know you like the guys you can't win. So doesn't your attraction for guys who pursue decrease as opposed to increase for guys that are kinda indifferent toward you?
