i have 3 children, one 18 , and two smaller daughters 10 and 8. the ten year old is very emotional and suffers from anxiety. the 8 year old is easy and fun to be around, my mother very very openly favors the 8 yr old and almost rubs it in the 10 yr olds face, she ridicules the 10 yr old , snaps at her and i feel is turning her off to ever wanting to be around her grandparents.she will take the younger shopping and overnights weekends and buy her tons of things and not even buy something small for the 10 yr old . last christmas she bought the 10 yr old junk and the 8 yr old fun things. when the 8 yr old goes there and comes home with so many nice things i feel bad and i know she does too , should i extremly limit the 8 yr olds time there?

I met this georgeous girl in a bar last weekend, we got chattin, hit it off and exchanged phone numbers. 2 days later we went out on a date and it was great, we really got on, i rang her that night to make sure she got home safely and i mentioned i would call her later in the week to see how she was and if she wanted to go out again sometime. I txted her 3 days after the date to see how she was, there was no response, i then rang her the following night to see how things were, still no respnse, then again twice over a 3 hour period and still just ringing away. She was 5 years younger than me and she did mention she had'nt been in a relationship for a year and a half,and that her previous relationship was a bit messy. I get the impression she had second thoughts and is probaly not interested in me. Ive decided not to get in contact with her again, i'll let her decide if she wants to get in touch with me. I really liked her though so im a bit gutted.
what went wrong? Help pleaze guys???

does she like me. because i've seen her look in my direction and smile when i'm not lookin'.ive asked her if she missed me 2day and she says no that she had fun without me there but puts lol.she askes me for my ipod all the time and then one day i told her she looks a little bit like nelly furtado and she says she doesnt but now she is always mentioning her and askin me if i really think she looks like her.one day i saw her test score and i said she was smart and sexy but stupid at some stuff and then she punched me in my arm playing around. yesterday i was talking to my friends & i saw her say wassup to her friend and then walked up next to me and started listening to what i was saying then she asked wat the hell was i talking about with a smile on her face. then i told her just playing around why does she have to be so nosy and she smiled and kept on walking. then today i didn't go to school and my friend told she asked where i was because i'm the only one that gives her candy

I don't trust my BF, but he swears up & down that I have no reason for not trusting him & that he is not cheating on me & that he loves me. He just started a new job & works 1-9p.m. on Tue. he got home at 10.30 said he had trianing, Wed. 11.30 training again, Thur. 3.30a.m. he aid his co-workers ook him out since he sold his first car. When he got home he was so super sweet to me after he explained where he went & how much he loves me we had hot sex all nite long. I woke up at arround 6.30 a.m. private call on his phone...he was sleep so I went through his ****, I found 2 condoms (he claims they were handing out at the bar) a phone number, Tina....., & he had several missed call by females on his cell after midnight, besides the one at 6.30...I took my appartment keys of his key chain threw all dat **** in the bed & told him to be gone by the time I get off work & he went balistic about y I went through his **** & asked if he would have cheated how could he have had so good sex with me

i am a mother of 4 boys ages now are 18 he has graduated and moved out on his own...then i have a 16 yr old son soon to be 17 then i have a 14 yr old son soon to be 15 then a 13 yr old son soon to be 14. my ex left us back in nov 1996 i had the children in my custody ever since....when he left i told him i was keeping custody of the boys so he told me fine and then i said about going for child support he told me if i did that then he would give up all his rights to the boys i didnt know the law so i thought he could then so i said fine cause i didnt want to be the blame for him not being in his kids life so i asked him what he could afford he said 50 aweek so he paid that when he did for 10 1/2 yrs till may 2006 i sued him for child support then he turned around and sued me for full custody ....none of our sons wants to live with him . he left his 2nd wife back in 2004 she was 5 months pregnant and they also have a 2 yr old son at that time .he went to a bar and never went home ...he left her for his new gf. well they live in a 3 bedroom well the gf has a son and a daughter the son is 10 the little girl is 6 they sleep in the same room the other women is a stranger she is handicapped living in the 3rd bedroom he has no rooms for my sons they sleep on the floor and couches . i have to go by the custody agreement made from 1997 when he left ,the kids were toddlers they do not want this set up no more . i have legal services tellin me i can not change this arrangement cause he is sueing me for full custody. well we went to a modified hearing we were both ordered to pay 1050 i paid he didnt he asked the judge to give him 6 months to come up with it which will take us to april 2007 ..since then he had moved from his 2 bedroom in new phila .to a three bedroom four blocks from where we live the boys asked me to do something about the visitation they only want to see him now on a saturday from like 9 to 6pm . i am being told by alot of ppl the kids will get to talk to the judge for my ex is telling the boys he has already won and they will be living with him and they have no choice? what do you think ? is it true?

Recently my GF was cleaning out her mothers house after she had passed away, she discarded in the trash some vintage baseball cards. She then asked me to haul that trash to the dump.

I retrieved the baseball cards from the trash at the dump and stashed them in my truck, this morning i got the report back from the sportscard grading service, and the appraisal on the cards is over $180,000 wholesale value. They have found me a buyer for $150,000 and i'm tempted to take that offer and not tell her but i feel guilty about not doing so. Opinions please.

I really thought I was over him, and have gone on with my life and have been pretty happy. I just found out not to long ago that he is getting married this summer, and I'm actually upset about . We have 2 kids together and have been divorced for 6 years. I too have remarried and love my husband very much and really feel guilty about the way I feel, and ofcourse can't talk to anyone about my feelings about this. PLEASE REPLY UPON UNDERSTANDING THE CURRENT CONFUSION AND PAIN I M GOING THRU!!
We were having our affair for past 1&half years.She doesnt have much financial capacity so I helpd her with her highr studies with my earnings(as her father also left her whn she was a child).Our parents also have agreed for this affair&have set dates for our weding in May.
Earlier she had a huge crush on a guy(who is a friend of mine)&that guy rejected her.So coz of her situation,I accepted her&started this affair. Shes very stubborn(& i m also bit strong headed).So due her nature we had arguments frequently, mainly due to her fault& i have 4given her always.

and it did NOT go so well. I started out just trying to talk to him about my feelings, because lately he has seemed a little distant and un-appreciative of me as normal. so i wanted to address that with him and tell him i felt taken for granted.

his response was to get up and walk out of the room on me. So i flipped out. I couldnt believe that I was opening up to him and his response was to LEAVE!

SO I freaked, and started yelling at him and telling him I thought he had another girlfriend cause of how his behavior towards me had turned sour.

he got really really mad at me, even started crying that I would accuse him of such things and how those thoughts would ruin our relationship.

I dont really have any "evidence"

but how come he wouldnt listen to my feelings of being neglected, and why did he get so mad at me for accusing him? is that a sign that I am right, or am I nuts??

he is still very VERY mad at me this morning, he wont talk to me.

I got into a serious car accident a few years ago, and at the time my life sucked and I was really in debt, so I pretended to have brain damage. My parents hired a nurse to take care of me and when she left to get married they got another one who is really ugly and mean. How can I let my parents know I want a new nurse. My husband and I have been seperated for about two months. I left, by his decision about a month ago. We were having problems but nothing big, I thought. We were always together and we never faught. We did have our disagreements but we got along. The phone calls started coming from a woman he worked with at a new career, they were just friends he would say but then the calls were later in the night, early in the morning. I have known this woman all of my life, she was a friend. Now, since we are seperated, she moved into the same apartments after I moved there. He spends the night there all of the time. He says they are just friends but I know that's a lie. I have asked him to give me a chance, I never had a chance to fix things but he always says no. Is there anything I can do to get him back?
