Sounds like she wants to be you (in a creepy kind of way). It doesn't sound like she has a whole lot of confidence in herself and she wants to have an identity and is lost. She seeks your identity because she really doesn't know how to act and following your actions is easier than being herself.
Tell her you like her as a friend but she can't be you, she has to be herself. Let her know all the good qualities she has (be specific) and tell her that she has to be herself and not someone else in order to be truly happy. State that although you are flattered that she wants to be like you, you think that if she would just be herself she'd be a lot happier. Good luck.

Okay, first of all, answer this.........is she your best friend or not? After reading this, I kinda think that she is NOT your best friend. Just start distancing yourself from her. I would not answer her every call she makes. I would not tell her where I was going or when. Pretty soon I think she is going to get the picture.

You should right now tell her you and I will not be best friend because you doing what I am doing and dreams and goals. You really need back off my boyfriend and my ex boyfriend... you need to find what you want in your life and not follow me... I don't want to be the one who responible for your life... So, I think it better off that we just not be friend or best friends. You making my life harder and I have to deal with you everyday. I don't that. so you need to find someone else.. and move on.
Be honest and if your best friend can't take it then she need to learn now. before it get worse.

tell her your not comfortable with her talking with you ex #1 and be real careful what you say to her from now on (don't confide in her) stop hanging out with her after school etc. start the
'breakup slowing" ... or be blunt and tell her to give you some space!
