You'd be better off printing them out yourself. Check ebay and your local discount/dollar stores for the stationery kits to do it. You CAN find some REALLY nice ones!!!
I just got mine at our local "Ollies" discount store. They are white w/a 1" border consisting of silver double hearts & roses. In one kit there are 40 invites, 40 envelopes, 40 rsvp card, 40 return envelopes and 40 seals PLUS practice sheets and suggested wording arrangements for 5 or so different situations. The best part????
THEY WERE ONLY $2.99 PER BOX!!!
They also had the matching Thank You cards in a kit to do 80 (80 cards and 80 envelopes) for $4.99.
So I got enough to do 80 invites and 80 Thank You's for $11 !!!!!
Now how can you beat that!
They had other styles also for $4.99/kit of 40..or really fancy ones in kits of 20 for $4.99.
I know how hectic it can be to plan weddings...if you're interested in hearing what else they have, send me an email.
I'll describe the other styles and I can help you get them if you'd like..as a free favor from one bride to another!!! (I live close to them so I can help you w/it very easily...you'd just need to cover the cost of the item and the shipping.)
We brides have to stick together!!! It's called NETWORKING!LOL

http://www.annswedding.com/ has some really inexpensive invitations. I'm ordering some classic white ones for $70 per 100, including RSVP cards. You can search on the website by budget, too, so you can search for invitations that are under $50 per 100 invitations.

there are a ton of discount invitation companies in the bridal magazines. I got married 3 years ago, and cant remember which one I bought from, but they will all send you free catalogs, send you a sample of the paper stock they use. We went to Vegas and got married, but we ordered Wedding announcements, and had them post marked in Las Vegas the day we got married, I think we sent out 100 of them, and everything only cost $40.00. (Included inner and outer envelopes, the little tissue paper you use, and the announcements.)

Is there a printing company in your town? That's where I got my invitations from. They weren't expensive (think we paid $250 for 400 invitations, envelopes, reception cards and return envelopes) and they were high in quality. I'd try that first. You could look on http://www.theweddingchannel.com for a list of invitation companies.
Also try:

that's beneficial to seem at some US companies--with the greenback being so vulnerable against the British pound, in spite of having something shipped foreign places you're money forward. bear in ideas, $seventy 5 is below £40 good now.

you could make them yourself, but to me thats a major hassel. I used www.now-and-forever.com and had the best luck with them! Their stuff is very reasonably priced and they have stuff in lots of different ranges, and plenty of styles, from quirky to ultra traditional. You can order all the free samples you want to help you choose and that really helped me cuz things tend to look a little different in person sometimes than they looked in the catalog! I also got them SUPER fast too. I ordered them one thursday night and the next thurday they were sittin at my house! and this was over the new years holiday, and I live out in the sticks so stuff always takes longer! I strongly reccomend them! go check it out!

When we got married we ordered ours from www.invitationsbydawn.com and they were inexpensive and had wonderful customer service.
We got our order and some weren't centered, so we called to see if we could get a discount and they overnighted us an entire new order. Everyone was informative on the phone and we were able to get samples quickly and easily. Good Luck and congrats!
