hey. i have a lot of good friends, but i also want to make some new friends. i was wondering, how do you get to know someone and then become their friend. i know that sounds weird but i am a little shy [until you get to know me, cuz then when we hang i get to be hyper and more open] but yeah im shy until you get to know me, so i was wondering how i can make new friends?what are some ideas?
also. at my school there is like this know it all. he tries to perfect everything, especially in german class. most people don't like him, but i'm starting to think he can be nice [he is, but most ppl make fun of him cuz he does stupid things like write HI on the board ...] and im starting to think that he isn't as weird as most think he is and would like ot get to know him and maybe become friends. it is hard though b/c like i said earlier i am a little shy, and he isn't quite the best person to be associated with... so how can i do this? he does seem nice to get to know.

I have had feeling for this guy that i am dating for five years but every time it gets to get realy serious i runaway and then that hurts him and now that i am ready to be with him for ever he is afraid that i am going to screw him over but i am done with all of that i just want to be with him and i want it to be just me and him and i am afraid that he is seeing some other girl and she is going to take him away from me just because i won't have sex with him and i have told him that i want to just not now i want to wait and i keep telling him over and over that i will not screw him over again and i will do anything to make him happy but i really don't know what else to do to get him to believe me when i say that i am not going to screw him over again because i have found myself in love with him

I'm making a DVD of her life so far, I am debating whether I should include pictures of the persons who passed away since she was born (grandmothers, great-grandmother) What do you think? Should include them or not, I tend to say yes, because they were part of her life at one time or another,but on the other hand, I don't want to put a damper on the festivities of her 18th birthday (which by the way is a big deal in Canada, she'll be an adult)

shes very ugly and wears ALLOT of makeup! She got this bf who everyone knows and becuase of hi everyone started to talk to her before no one new who she was! Everyone always compliments her now that say shes the coolest person in my class and that her and her new bf rock my class(her bf is in the same grade as us) people still sya shes ugly and that they hate her but when they see her they say your a princess your gorgeous and i dont know why they lie to her! Before she hooked up with her bf he used to talk to me and he was soo nice to me and now hes so rude and mean when she not around he still is nice and he goes and gets me stuff then when she sees it he starts laughing at me! Shes my friend but i realy get annoyed by her her sister also becuase of her everyone loves the younger sis and there both very UGLY! There very s l u t y! and guys go crazy over them and i dont know what they see in them! And did i mention they wear TONES of makeup and there realy UGLY!! HELP!!!

My husband is impossible to talk to and there are issues that need to be discussed. Whenever I make an attempt it turns into a knockdown , dragout, no holds barred argument. It's awful! So how can I sort out issues without him feeling attacked, because the way he acts when I try to talk to him he must feel attacked.

im in 8th grade and it has alwayz been my mom n dad n little sis and me, and my mom and dad are alwayz mad at eachother and dont really talk as much and sunday my dad stayed w/ my cousin, he came by last night at he told me the story why he is going to move,he said cuz my mom is alwayz w/ her friends and she is not w/ us as much. i hate it and so does my dad but my mom doesnt seem to know dat its all cuz of her (well not all cuz of her but most of it)

What does this mean?! This teacher must be in his forties, I'm 14.
What's going on? He did NOT say it in a fatherly or particulary concerned/reassuring way, or in a flippant joke-y way. It was in a voice that I can't really describe. It's driving me mad as I keep thinking about it. He said it in a hushed voice, as if to keep it secret, and he then moved closer to me, he must have been about two centimeters away. Help. I really don't know what this means?!

i devorsed my wife 3 years ago after finding out she was having an affair,we have 2 children and share equall custody i buy their clothes,pay for holidays,parties,and other recreation when they are with me.my x has now married lives in a large house and regulary goes away on holidays abroad australia,italy spain,but does not allways take the children im lucky if i can afford aweeks camping in skegness. i also live with my partener who i met 2 years ago she has a young daughter, we live in a small 2 bed council house and allways struggle with bills. i can no longer afford child maintenance. i need advice on what to do, will i lose access to my children do i have to pay.

Last year we went ot counseling becasue I told him i needed things to change. "He was running a paper route in order to have money to run the business he was trying to build. So, he slept all the time. I work full time, have two kids, 12 & 9, and he has a child we have on weekends who is 7. I would be taking care of mine and his on the weekends while he splet. We never had sex becasue he was tired. When we did, it didn't last long because we didn't do it often enough. Not to mention the business was not making any money so I was, am, paying all the bills. Nothing changed after counseling except he stopped running papers and merged with another business as a partnership. He still has not made any money because he had so many bills that we past due. So, for the past 2 yrs 4 months that we have lived together and been married I have paid all the bills. He also does nothing around the house. Nothing. I have to ask to get the trash taken out and then I have to hear about it why
