Everytime i see this guy that i like at the library I always see him like staring at me. What should I do? I want to talk to him so badly but I dont even know his name? He's so cute. ADVICE!

Go up to him and ask him where the z books are kept.
Then after he helps you, say, that you really need a coffee, would he like to go for one with you...
Then he will go to the cafeteria with you etc etc...

ask him his name. if he is stearing at you theres a pretty good chance that he likes you. start a conversation. then ask him out when you know him better. who knows you two could be the next Romeo and Juliet. lol
