when potential boyfriends find out they will not give me the time of day. I will do other things though it's not like I'm a complete prude. If a guy really likes me do you think he will get past the no sex thing? Would you go out with somebody that wanted to stay a virgin?

Thanks for the advice..I'm getting frustrated I am ready for a relationship but no guys seem willing to abstain.

I am engaged to a man with a child from a previous relationship. I've never dated anyone with a child before so this is all new to me. His child lives in another state so we don't have much interaction besides phone calls. His ex was stunned and angry when she found out about our relationship (6+ months ago) and their communication has been extremely strained since then and she made threats to keep his child away from him. (Lots of underlying issues prior to our relationship plus I think there's a lack of closure and she still has feelings for my fiance) My fiance's mother lives in the same state as his child and sees him weekly so most communication about his child is done thru his mother. I've been trying to encourage him to talk to his ex and develop amicable communication for the sake of their son but he won't because he thinks she won't be able to handle it while she's still hung up on him. She won't initiate it because she's hurt. Is it even my place to encourage communication?

I've been with my boyfriend for 14 + years now and two kids later and have lived with him the majority of that time ( we move into together within 3 months of meeting. No matter how beg, plead, throw fits, or just let it ride he refuses to even get engaged. All I want is him to ask am I being crzy for wanting to be at least thrown a bone. I invited my mother-in-law to a bitrthday party , then to my son (her grandsons) wedding shower and then to his wedding and she never showed up to any of them. But she attended several other grandchildrens weddings , partys ect.. . My husband goes to her house and she crys and says shes sorry but she has never called to explain and apologize to me ( her excuse was she couldnt get her hair fixed) What A Crock I havent spoken to her since October

ok my brothers girl friend who is 20, gave me some shirts and other stuff but i dont really like them THAT much!! but she is my fav. compared to all his other girl friends !! and things r starting to get serious between them !! but i dont kno what to do w/ them, cuz i could sell them .... but if she asks me about them then im screwd !!! but if i give them back to her then she might think i dont like her !
