when potential boyfriends find out they will not give me the time of day. I will do other things though it's not like I'm a complete prude. If a guy really likes me do you think he will get past the no sex thing? Would you go out with somebody that wanted to stay a virgin?
Thanks for the advice..I'm getting frustrated I am ready for a relationship but no guys seem willing to abstain.

i am very proud of you even if i dont know you. you are not one of the ones society has changed. i am glad that there is someone out there that wont just give it up for some random guy.
you seem like a nice, sweet girl. that is great. you dont deserve these guys who only want sex. if a guy really wants to have sex with you, he will wait until you are ready which means you will be married to him. dont worry and dont get frustrated. you know you are a better than that.

Its playing dirty but dont bring it up till they're already invested. If I liked a chick and she dropped the you're not gettin any on me in the first couple dates i'd be looking for an out too. Now, if I were dating a chick for a couple weeks and started to really like her, and I was getting other stuff then she dropped the bomb on me, then i have a decision to make. More than likely if I liked you at that point I would think, well i'll keep getting what im getting and im sure I can talk her into the deed so i'll play along

I'm going to stay a virgin until I get married too. There are guys out there that are willing to go out with you even after they here of your decision to abstain, don't give up, they are out there. Plus if the guy really likes you and respects you that won't effect your relationship with each other. Good luck and stay strong! :)

I don't understand girls that want to stay virgins, or the ones that want act to like whores, I think any extreme is sick.
Do you think sex is dirty?
Are you looking for a virgin boy?
And how are you explore until you get married?
And at what age are you going to get married?
And what are you going to do to repress your instinct until then?
All this moral is absurd. We all know all this new virgin thing, I hope its not your case, but they are terrible girls, doing all kind of sexual wicked practices,,,but remaining so called virgins, very disgusting

That's pretty sad that boys would ignore you for your beliefs. Good for you for believing what you do. Don't give up hope, you will find a man that respects you for your choices. Unfortunately, it may be a while until the boys you like are mature enough to realize that it's not just about sex. Try online, maybe you will find someone you can relate with in that way. Just be careful, online dating is more dangerous.

You should probably find a guy who already feels the same way, I would suggest trying to meet someone through your church. otherwise, I honestly think that most guys you date who say they don't mind, really do and will try to get you to change your mind and do it anyway. Or they'll get frustrated and break up with you. So find a guy who wants to wait as well. Most other guys probably won't be interested.

if a guy really likes you he'll respect what you want and if not you'll know he's just not worth it. don't let ureself be pressured into anything u dont wanna do or else everythin will be ruined for you. i would go out with someone if they wanted to stay a virgin if i really cared for them. tho i have to say ive never been with a guy with dat dillema.

you seem like a nice girl- and somewhere along the line someone won't care. stay strong! i know how hard it is to stay a virgin, especially with all of the media around saying that having sex before you're married is cool, but you're doing the right thing. don't worry if people right now don't like you.... someday someone will say, "wow. that girl is so strong!"

Don't worry about it. There are guys who will respect your decision to remain a virgin. I am lucky that I have a boyfriend like that and he doesn't pressure me to do anything that doesn't feel right to me. If a guy will not respect your decision to remain a virgin, then he isn't worth being with. Stick to your principles.
