im really scared i mean i cant stand to make someone cry and you have to tell them for your own emotional safty i need help!

Hey there.
Sounds like myself =P. But I have learnt, even though you may hurt them with what you have to say, the truth will be out, you shouldn't feel as guilty once it's been said and done. Because you know you have done the right thing by saying what you have to say. It may not be easy because yes it may cause tears, it may cause a break-up or fall out of friends/family member (whatever it is in your case). But then either you know that they weren't strong enough to be in your life or else they will realize your honesty and hopefully lay down their 'pride' and forgive you, even be thankful to you!
If you lose them, then thats just the way it had to be. You will learn a lesson that should save you from the same mistake in the future and so the future may only get better.
Remember... Life is all about solving problems, learning, growing, teaching, forgiving, accepting.

If it is life changing for everyone involved then there is never an easy way to do it .You just have to do it and be there for them when you need to be. But think if you can live without telling them then I wouldn't do it. If you can't just tell them and hope for the best...Good Luck

Maybe you could write them a letter as an ice breaker. Tell them in the letter that you want to talk about it, but it's easier to bring it up in the letter. Then let them ask you any questions they might have.
