I kinda broke off contact with my toxic friend about two weeks ago, she's now flipping out and accusing me of breaking the relationship over a dumb argument we had a long time ago.

I don't know what to say, she's basically belittling me again and she's back to her old ways of things, she's telling me she always thought of me as a little sister, and shes saying she's going to give me back all the stuff I gave her and she's basically throwing a pity-party for herself.

I don't want to get her worked up, because she can be very violent and nasty when she's upset... but I don't know what so say. I really don't want to be friends with her, she's manipulative and she causes me all kinds of stress which is horrible for my health...

what would you do in this situation?

During my phone conversations with my long-time friend, it seems like there's a romantic connection between us. But recently he all of a sudden stopped taking my calls. I was always too shy to tell him that I like him, but now it might be too late. Should I bother letting him know all that I've been feeling, or just give up? I really like him alot.

This past Spring I reconnected online with and old friend from Jr.HighSchool , As it turned out we were both single , so we became good company for each other online . We became closer friends and fell in love . We've since been back and forth visiting . Next month She is coming here to stay . before meeting her I had 2 very hurtfull relationships one a marriage of 13 years . For the past 2 years or more I have withdrawn from any type of relationship , for fear of being hurt again , but I was very lonely .She has drawn me out and has my heart , were very much in love . Now there is a real fear that things may not last , There are issues that arose that spell disaster on the horizon. Odds are that in the end I will be hurt again . Should I end it now or ride the train to the wreck ? I Know what I'm gonna do ( all aboard ! ) but I'd like some other peoples thoughts

I have been with my boyfriend for 1 1/2 years. We went though several rough times. Since the last incident which was about 5month ago, I don't think I have been in love with him. Little stuff like table manners, things he says have been irritating me a whole lot. I brought up the break up more than a few times but all he does is break down and cry, call me more and wait for me outside of my apartment to talk to me. I end up feeling bad and eventually things get back to normal. I asked him to give me some space instead of coming on to me so strong, but he can't seem to do it. What should I dooooo?

my bf and i decided to take a break for school a few days ago.. and earlier he just sat in my work for 2 and a 1/2 hours doing nothign to wait til i get off of work. we technically werent together. he told me there would be a good chance(of getting back together.) and i thoguth he meant it. cause he always means what he says.. but he said its over between us and he didnt want the relationship anymore. he told me he loved me and now hes going to try to stop loving me is that possible/./?? i just cant stop crying. no matter what anyone says i cant feel better.. since weve been on this break. before the break i mean we always talked on the phone b4 we went to sleep.. since weve been ont he break we havent been talkign to eachother at al and i keep having nightmares and restless sleep. i dont kown what to do with my self. i dont konwk how to get better.. we are both sophmores in college and were dating for over 2 years. we were eachothers first for everything... im just so depressed...

My fiance just turned 21 and for his birthday his friends decided to take him out and get him smashed. I wasn't upset with this but later it turns out that they took him to a strip club and paid for a lap dance and everything!!! I've a very insecure person so this completly freaked me out. I told him that I wanted him to promise that it would never happen again and at first he said that he couldn't because he had no control what happened because he drank way too much! He also told me that he kept blacking out so he doesn't even remember the dance really, just bits and pieces, I'm scared that I won't be able to trust him anymore.. and more so that if he blacked out who's to say that more didn't happen? Or worse that in the future more will happen!! How should I handle this? and am I wrong for worrying?

I was asking my husband of 15 years some questions about his x-wife and other girlfriends that he had before he met me. I know it was a long time ago but he told me some things that are now making me feel uncomfortable when I think about it. Now I regret asking, how do I get rid of my anxiety, I keep imagining "them" together and it really bothers me, as if he cheated on me of something. He told me he would never do that to me or our son and I believe him but I still can feel relaxed.

First of all, I come from a huge family. One of my cousins is about 12 years older than I am and she has four kids... I was always invited to come over and babysit for her, and we did lots of things together with our church.

We were at a ladies party for our church, ladies bake things, we do a bible study with the ladies, and then we give makeovers and do hair/makeup etc.

I look almost exactly like my cousin (facial wise) so much so whenever her second youngest son was in the nursery room and crying for his mom, instead of bringing her in and bothering her (like they had to do so much before, she'd always miss church) they'd bring me in from youth classes and let me hold him for a bit, he'd always stop crying because he either thought I was his mom, or he thought I looked enough like her (familiar face maybe?) he'd quickly stop crying. It worked great because my cousin didn't have to miss much church (she was complaining about this before, and luckily the pastors resolved it) and she seemed very happy.

I was invited over to babysit alot and she kinda "adopted" me and my other cousin as a big-brother-big-sister type program that was going on. We had lots of fun and we involved the kids less and less.

Well, I started being involved in nursery less and less as I grew older and at one of these makeup ladies' parties, I put on some make-up and my cousin started whining that "I looked too much like her and I was prettier than she ever was" etc.. etc.. she nearly started crying.. and she kinda threw a tantrum in front of the whole church. It was really awkward, and after that she stopped calling me, switched churches, and we never saw eachother after that incident.

What went wrong? Did I do anything to upset her? Is this jealousy or does it sound like she had some kind of other issues going on..?

I have been dating this guy for about a month, and I am completely smitten!! He is like my ideal guy. But I don't know if he really likes me. We hang out 2 or 3 times a week, and it's always great when we're together. And he calls me cute names like 'babe' and 'honey.' We talk just about every day. But, it seems like I am the one who always calls or texts him first. When I do call him, he's really sweet and says stuff like, "I'm glad you called. I really want to see you tonight." And there are times (like tonight) when I call him and he doesn't answer or call me back. He works full time and goes to school full time, so I know that he's super busy. I just don't know what to think. He seems really sincere, but I feel like I'm putting in most of the effort. What should I do? Do you think he really likes me??
