If you really like him, you should tell him, or risk losing him forever.
If you don't tell him, you'll regret it.
Good luck.

Well there are two ways to look at it....
1) if you pass him up you may regret it for a long time and will always wonder if it could of worked out (in essence you will be torturing yourself)
2) if you go out with him then maybe there is a chance that it may or may not work,...but at least you gave it a shot and don't have to struggle with what you didn't do.
There are probably many reasons he stopped taking your calls. Sometimes we think to much of a situation. Why don't you guys go hang out and do something...don't even call it a date. Just ease through it. Let the body language work it out. If there is chemistry then your bodies will feel it...meaning you both will be telling each other how you feel without even saying it.
Good luck.. I know how you feel.

Yes, you should bother. Don't bother in wasting the opportunity by thinking and eventually regretting what you could have done.
Think about the lessons you can learn here, break down this wall of silence between you two and take a change.. you'll grow from all this.. feel secure that you doing the right thing and this is from your heart, and you'll never go wrong...
good luck

Well tell him then before its too late, I mean I know how you feel, I like somebody but would not tell her that I like because I was Soo shy to her. Don't give up and make the same mistake I did by waiting for a long time to tell someone you like. Don't worry, if he likes you back, then its all cool ;)

Don't you dare give up...you never know, he may feel the same. That might be why he stopped calling. He may be giving up so don't you. Be brave and go for it, it might be the best thing you'll ever do and if you don't you'll always wonder!!!

If you and he are under 25--move on. But if you guys are older, try again and be open and specific. It isn't romantic, but if it works out, there will be plenty of time later for great romance. Best of luck.

If you truly feel that there's a connection, then I would definitely tell him how you feel. If you don't, you might always wonder what might have been.

First, find out why your calls are not being returned by confirming if it is by his choice not to call(or)and that he is physically OK,?(safe, healthy etc.) If your friendship(s)to you is as treasured as my very few but true are to me, this kind of excommunication or misunderstanding isn't likely.
