im 17 now and no boyfriend since birth.its not that im being choosy but i just simply dont likes the boys who are courting me.its not because they are ugly or what..in fact my friends are telling me that they are all nice and handsome.

yeah it is completely normal tht u du n have a bf ,but its a different case if u rnot attracted to guys i mean if ur attracted to the same sex.but if u not homo then its comletely fine ENJOY life

First...what is normal for your sister is not necessarily normal for you. When you use the word.."normal"... only you know what you mean as normal is purely a matter of relativity to your wants and needs and desires.
You are 17 and you have been conditioned by environment or teachings in school and by your mother as to who or what you should have as a boy friend. Maybe not in so many words but in so many different ways.
Either a girl decides to throw all of the opinions of others to the wind and goes out with the first Tommy or Dicky or Harry or she spends a lot of time to decide if Tommy or Dicky or Harry would fit the mould her parents or teachers or friends have made her believe is the boy friend for her. And in taking time to decide finds that the boys are off now with another girl in mind.
If you want a boy friend that will please you...not necessarily the others...you should list in your mind your own requirements for him and don't make it so restrictive no boy can measure up. Then one day you will meet a boy who might not be perfect but he will have the personality that causes you to discount his imperfections in order to be with him.
I believe, if you really want a boy friend, you will find Mr. Almost Right and learn the joys of being with another person you want to enjoy life's small pleasures.

It is normal. I know a girl who is 19, soon to be 20, and she has never had a bf. She went out with a guy on a few dates, but she decided against dating him. And she is gorgeous, w/ a great personality, so she could get anyone she wants, but she says she wants to wait until someone comes a long that she is really into, not just mildly interested in.

Yes - be picky! There are lots of duds out there and who wants to be wasting time with someone ho-hum when somone fabulous is out there for you. You'll have lots of boyfriends. I didn't have a boyf until I was 17 - I'm now 29 and have had a few serious relationships, and a few flings. Just make sure you're having fun of you know it's not right.
