How can the children send my in-laws on a second honeymoon to Colorado Springs and leave the date open so that they can go when they want to? Their 45th anniversary is this year and they would not be expecting something this big from us. They went there on their 1st honeymoon and we want to send them back again but we don't know when they would be like to go.How can we pay for this and surprise them and let them decide when to go?

My ex boyfriend and I are both teens but hes 9 months younger then me. It was both are first relationship. He had talked about marriage with me and wanting to be with me forever. We barley got any alone time and rarley went on dates. He didn't have a car. The only time we really got to talk was online and the only time we really got to see each other was at school. I really believe in my heart that he is the one for me but that maybe it was just the wrong time to start a relationship. We are still friends, but is there a possibility that when he's a bit older that we might be able to work?

For example, I'll pay our way on our dates but I won't be opening car doors or bring you flowers or tell you how much I love you. I'll just be your friend but in a honest tough way and not the mushy way. Will you still go out with me?

this is gonna be my last semester and he hasnt taught me for 3 years now, we really have no school-relatonship. there has always been chemistry between us (we've known each other for 5 years now), but as a result of the situation where we met,i.e. at college, nothing could ever happen. he also seems to be extremely shy about making a step and after school i might never see him again. not long ago i've also gotten an objective 'proof' of him liking me, i mean it's not just my thoughts. i would like to talk about what all this is between us - but i can't come up with it at the department, bec. sb. might overhear and i don't want to get him into a silly situation. so i'd have to have a reason to ask him to meet somewhere else. but what could that be (we're not on one project anymore) and how could i come up with it??? i'm also afraid of being too direct and just embarrassing myself...(Why are men not strong enough anymore to make the first step - not even when they'r given the situation?)

i graduated from hs last yr and i found this guy that i knew for a few yrs in hs on myspace a month ago. We had a few classes together, i sat with him in lunch, and we wrote each other notes, but we never hung out outside of school. So ever since i found contacted him on myspace we've been hanging out alot. It kinda scared me at first cuz im the type of girl who guys ask out all the time and i always feel bad cuz i never am impressed w/ them for 1 reason or another. i dont typically get attached 2 ppl very easily, but he is truly the sweetest and smartest person i know. he loves chick flicks (i dotn evne ike em lol) he loves kids, animals, he has alot of good morals, and thinks using soem1 for sex is very wrong, we'll stay up late talking bout the meanign of life, whch msot ppl dotn do w/ me.
so he asked me out liek a week or 2 ago. and idk i havent told him i loved him nor has he me. but he sort of has in a subtle way,i htink he coudl be the 1. am i crazy? is thsi 2 fast?

My Father is on oxygen and my mother is elderly as well. We take them everywhere. I have 3 children that I would love to take to Disney World. It's just very difficult with my Dad in a chair and my mom along. There's no way I could or would leave them at home. I want them to enjoy this as well.

Im respectful, try to be funny, I'm always nice to her other children. But she doesnt act like she likes me. I don't think I've given her a reason not to like me and she hasn't come out and said anything to me about it but there are some definate hints that she would prefer me not being around or calling. Is there a way I can get her to like me at least a little.

When my bff and I are out I pay for her meals 90 % of the time. She always tell me she's broke and she cant buy anything. When we're at the mall she ends up buying a few things anyways. If she didnt have enough she askes me if I would chip in or could she borrow some money. I always give the money to her since its only a couple of bucks. I feel sorry for her that the fact her dad doesnt give her any money and they dont get along well. From the very start my bff didnt have any other really close friends she tells me that I'm the only person she can trust. I guess thats why she always comes to me for things. It gets really annoying sometimes she would ask me how much I'm carrying and she wanted to borrow money from me so she can buy her bf a gift. For ALL my birthdays she gave me things that are worth $3-6. Yesterday we meet up with friends she told me she got $50 left in her savings and she used up nearly $40. She then again tells me she's broke but why use up all her $ and ask me

My fiance and I will be graduating from college this May and will be getting married in November. We are scrambling to find jobs, apts, and planning a wedding etc... Even though money is tight, we would like a honeymoon of some sort, although probably a short one. I need honeymoon location ideas and details about activities in the area. Would love to go to the gulf coast but I think accomodations are more expensive at this time of year. So we will settle for a more local area if we can get some good ideas.

i'm halfway through my junior year and i've never had a boyfriend, been on a date, or gotten my first kiss. i think i'm ok looking, i'm tall about 5'7" and thin with light brown/ dirty blonde hair. i'm a very nice laid-back person. if someone asks me a favor, i can never make myself say no. is it because i don't hang out with the popular girls, go to parties, get drunk, and have sex? if that's what it takes, then i guess having a boyfriend is not worth it. But i still really wish i could get a guy to be interested in me. I'm worried that no one will ask me to prom next year. i have a feeling i probably won't be going.

SOME PEP TALK MY FRIEND IS MOVING AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY

2007-01-28 07:50:31 · 4 answers · asked by Anonymous in Friends

All right. So here's the background. I've liked this guy since school started in August. I'm a junior, he's a senior, but we have the same class together every day. We just started really talking about a month ago outside of "hey" in the hallway. Now we talk during class and at each others' lockers and stuff, but nothing too extreme. We're both pretty shy, I think.

But last night, at the Winter Formal...

> he told me I looked gorgeous (as in "Wow, oh my God, you look gorgeous!")
> he gave me this huge hug when he saw me
> he danced with me
> he told me he wanted to hit some kid
> he let me talk him down when he was about to hit the kid
> he teased me
> he walked with me arm-in-arm
> he hugged me goodbye (like, a long hug)

Plus, his eyes kinda light up when he talks to me.

I'm thinking this is all good stuff, but since I'm not the most perceptive person... HELP! What could all this possibly mean?

I am in a long distance relationship with my fiance. We are supposed to get married one year from this weekend. We see each other for a week or two every month by either he or I flying to the others home or meeting somewhere. We both have our own business so we shut down in order to spend this time. He wanted to go to Europe for a trip this summer for 3 weeks, with the wedding costs, my business expenses etc I told him I can't afford the ticket as that time of year it is like 2k for the airfare and to shut down for 3 weeks would be potentially devastating for my business. I said, lets do something else and go there next year. He said no, I am going without you if you don't go. I said that was not right and he hung up on me. I am so hurt that he would rather go there than find something more sensible that we can both do. He is taking was was "our" designated time to do this and I find it gross. Am I crazy to think that he is wrong to treat me this way? We should be a team?
