Another example is that when I want to go out with my guy friends or spend time alone I'm going to do it and I won't be weak about it. Basically I come first then you come 2nd.

Honestly, you probably need to reevaluate women before you step into another relationship.
There's nothing wrong with not buying her flowers and not opening car doors, the truth is, it all comes down to how you really treat her, -like a real friend (the same respect you give your friends) and human being, or more like "that person that will give you sex, and you gotta be nice to when you want something, but other than that, your outta there" kinda thing.
Are you honestly looking for a long-term lasting relationship, or just someone to have fun, hang out, and hook up with? Sadly, many girls dont care enough, so they would say "I dont care if I come in 5th...I just want a guy!!"...and that's not healthy. If you're seeking a woman with a healthy perspective, you should try expecting she makes YOU a priority and you make HER a priority...otherwise you're just getting sex. If that's what your after, then go for it. seriously, cause many people do!
Otherwise, remember that she's a human, just like you, and deserves the same respect. Thats not being mushy, just honest :)
I have a feeling you already knew most of that, but you're trying to see if it really works. Well, my friend, it does, and you will find plenty of girls to go out with you, you're a good guy-however remember that those girls arent going to have respect for themselves (or you) they are emotionally unhealthy, and very needy; but you will find them. :)

It sounds like you just want to have a friend with benefits. When you ask a girl out just tell her up front what you wrote up here and see how many will go out with you. I don't care about flowers and opening car doors but it is being like a gentleman when you do that kind of stuff. You will find a girl one day that you will want to do those things for and she will not give you the time of day. That is what we call karma.

I believe that each and everyday our odds of anything happening are reset. So my answer was what I felt.
**when I asked other people about your live forever and the smallest odds of lottery, lightening, breaking a leg, being a movie star, etc.
*Everyone else I talked to said if you lived forever that Yes, your odds of the smallest things happening .........that you would eventually experience everything.
Where-as I feel it all has to do with each day is a new day, new odds, and everything has to do with location, social status, how motivated you are.

Not likely. You don't have to be so hardassed to be a man. There are all kinds of strength and from what you describe, you are only showing weakness. Real strength comes from the ability to love openly and in doing so respect others. There are women that will go for this but what kind of relationship to you really want? A mutually supportive and healthy one, or one in which you always play games and treat others unfairly? It is fine to have your personal space time, it's great to be honest, and it's great to look after yourself. But all this can be done in a gentler way. A woman will respect a you more if she senses you respect her in return.

Maybe. I don't mind that you don't open car doors or bring flowers because a lot of guys don't do that BUT I don't think girls would appreciate coming second in the relationship. You should balance it out more.

I think some girls would. Not all of us like to have guys buy us flowers and be all mushy (I know I don't care for it) But you the whole you 1st her 2nd is kinda harsh, Would it be like that the entire time!?! Or would you have her come 1st every once in awhile?

yah totally. i mean only some girls would expect that i'm not posative cause i've never had a BF. But maybe like if you took the girl out on Valentines day or her birthday now that might be a day to get flowers and stuuff like that. But hopefully not many girls are into that :)

well you have to be considerate of the female and her feelings and how you say things...i was with a guy like you...and went as far to have a child with him...he didn't have to tell me that he loved me all the time just some times.....but you being selfish when you want to have self time is all uncalled for you could be more gentler when it comes time to go out...a woman wants to be respected not critisiced on what you want to do and every one needs time away from each other...but now my ex see's what he had and wishes that he could get me back but due to his arrogant ways he has lost me for ever....so you really need to take that into consideration if you find some one worth keeping and how you would treat her....she may be your soul mate and you treat her like crap and her leave and you'll be lonley.....and then you will wish you would have treated her better.....so the way you treat some one is the way she will determin on how to keep you.....good luck mr.tough guy

Not all chicks like flowers and opening of car doors. But what you said about you "coming first" and that shes second...come on...you have to lighten up just a tad. Women like to be first. But if you were like..."Babe...Im hanging out with the guys tonight, but I'll be there tomorrow to pick you up for lunch..." thats tasteful.
