Ok this guy I like looks at me occaisionaly, smiles at me when I smile, makes me laugh a lot, teases me a little, and tries to talk to me, does he like me?

LoL well DUH!
Honestly, teasing is the number ONE sign that a guy is attracted you! That's how guys flirt.
If he's making an effort to talk to you, then SI, he's attracted.
Also, if he's making you laugh a lot, he thinks that YOU think he's funny... which leads guys to think that you like them. And when you laugh at their jokes, they are even more attracted.
Smiles when you smile... YEP.

The bigger question.... The depth of his interest? Some people are natural flirts and fold this trait into nearly all their interactions with the opposite sex. If his interest is limited to you and no other females (that you know of), then you can assume it to be pretty sincere. If so - unless he's painfully shy, and you've been open and friendly back - you can expect him to ask you out: The ultimate indication of interest.

He either likes you, or he's a player, and likes toying with people's emotions. Beware of his heart motives, as they may or may not be pure. Guard your heart, and ask around about him. Most likely, his reputation precedes him. Don't fall for him until you find out the answer to this question! It's a sure way to a broken heart!

wow! I didn't know it took a rocket scientist to know if a guy likes you alot. You should be able to figure it out by the way he looks at you. Are you smart enough?

He certainly appears to like you as a friend. But if he has other interest in you I do not know. Suppose one way for you to find out would be to approach him and ask him directly.
