I dun wan 2 stay wif them can't stand them
anymore, my new flat is still under construction. The problem is

I have been dating my boyfriend for a year. I love him very much be he has some fundamental flaws. He was diagnosed with FASD and a lot of his problems are not his fault. Lately I have felt more and more pressure from being with him. Due to his disability and another physical disability he is unable to have a job. He is on a disability program that provides 1000 dollars per month to pay his expenses. I am working full time and even with his money and mine we are just getting by, it is really expensive to live in our city. The problem is that he doesn't really treat me right. Sometimes he will go and get drunk with the money that I give him for my share of the rent. The rent is always paid, however, I usually end up buying his little extras for him since he blows all the money right away, and it is breaking my bank account. Impulsiveness is a symptom of FASD. He also sometimes yells at me or won't talk to me at all when he is drunk.

What makes a friend? What makes a best friend? (Answer separately)

Is a friend someone you say hi to in the hallway, someone you goof around with, someone who enjoys your company and you enjoy theirs? Is a friend have to be someone who goes to the beach with you, comes over to your house, and you go over to theirs?

I'm confused.

My father was diagnosed two months ago with liver failure. He is nearing the end of his life and Ifeel so lost already without him. When I look at him, I can't imagine life without him. He was and is my hero. How do you deal witit? Watching them suffering....wanting to help and not being able to do anything about it?

I am not in high school, much older, and my supposed "best friend" just told me the reason why she has been flaking on me alot is because she cant handle hearing my problems with my husband. she also told me that she didn't want me coming over because she didnt want me to see her and her boyfriend so happy together....awww, how frickin' sweet. do you think she is selfish? The other night my best friends little sister who is 23 and I 27, were watch a movie at my place together. We’ve known, argued and played pranks on each other since childhood. My house is very big and creepy at night. Long story short I got a dim-witted idea to pull a prank on her (like we always do!), by scaring her once she got back from my bathroom. So when she was walking down the darkened hall I jump out and scared the crap out of her! She punched me in the chest and stormed off. I laughed, thinking it was funny at the time…until I followed her into the living room and realized she was crying really badly. Sitting her on my lap I stroked her back and hair, telling her I was soooo sorry. I was extremely SHOCKED because she NEVER cries! Well not when anyone is watching. Since she was a little girl she has always had this (I’m beautiful, smart, successful, I don’t need anyone) tough girl façade. Well I posted a previous question relating to this the other day…I got a lot of good answer. However everybody told me to talk to her and find out why she was really crying but to be honest I don’t know how to go about it. Every time I ask her why, she tells me without making eye contact “I don’t know.” And tries to change the subject…we both know that there was another major reason for her crying but she won’t say. I really do care about her… I know she’s not angry with me…and I could pressure her into telling me but I don’t want to make her cry once more. She seems to be unusually vulnerable from the other night.

How do I get her to open up to me, and tell me the truth, without making things worse?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years. We live together and have a beautiful 6 week old son. We now that we will get married, but it's not set yet. this is driving me crazy... my girlf friend of almost 2 years keeps our relationship a secret from ALL her friends, family and everyone we used to work with. (I used to work for the same comopany... not anymore tho). i have never met any of her friends. I met her mother once.. only becuase she come into work one day... and her father. i'm never included with her plains to do anything. weather its with friends or family. if we are not togheter and i text her, asking what she's upto? i get "none of ur business" or if i ask if she's coming over i get "i dont know will let you know" there is NO communacation what so ever. but i'm more interested to know why its a secret... i tried calling her all week and everytime she answerred the phone, she told me she was busy signing papers for a new car she was buying... then tonight i see her for a hour or so... and she's driving her old car still. hides her phone when she sleeps over! i'm 32 and she's 22 what should i do?
