I am not in high school, much older, and my supposed "best friend" just told me the reason why she has been flaking on me alot is because she cant handle hearing my problems with my husband. she also told me that she didn't want me coming over because she didnt want me to see her and her boyfriend so happy together....awww, how frickin' sweet. do you think she is selfish? I mean I thought that's what friends were for, to listen when you need them and be there once in a while. We were friends for 6 years, and now this sudden change. Please help me realize that she doesn't deserve me as a friend....

Whether you beleive it or not it is true. She is not worth the time. She wont even listen to ur problems yet we will. i am sure there are people out there who would be a great friend with you. dont let her get u down. move on u can do it!! oh btw is u r havin a lot of trouble with ur husband... try seein someone for counslng, it will help!

She may just be giving u some space, she wants to hear positive news and good stuff.
tell her good stuff , bet she will be back over.
No , she is not selfish, she is being cruel to be kind in the
right manner.
Dont get discourage and life is short, stay friends with her and
invite her and her bf over for a comedy movie and popcorn.
