My idea of a romantic date would be simple...
Me, him, a cosy blanket and the stars. Sitting and talking about anything and everything. Making plans for the future and then falling asleep in each others arms and feeling at that exact moment, this is all you ever wanted.

A lovely evening in a hotel or B&B in a mountain region where mist/fog is a regular visitor.

The room would be furnished with antiques (not too fussy), a king size bed and would have a log fire.

We would walk in the mist for a while, then disappear back to the B&B to prepare for dinner. I would wear something that made me feel sexy and attractive and he would wear something I found sexy and attractive.

We would have a delightful, leisurely dinner and then return to our room for an night of wonderful, loving sex after which he would hold me until the sunlight streamed across the bed the next morning.

Oh - I've woken only to find it's all a dream. A beautiful, romantic, wonderful dream. While I can't have it with the man I desire more than anything else in the world, it is still a dream and no one can take that away from me.

The most romantic date that I remember is... 2 days of bliss. 1st day we cooked together and watched movies, that morning was a very passionate morning. We bathed, dressed and he took me to the beach that was right down the street from his house. We parked and talked more. That was the first time I actually saw fish jumping out of the water, boats was out in the water, we later drove around looking at different properties, little did I know he was trying to find out where I wanted to live and was this town ok to raise children. I enjoyed myself so much that 5 weeks later we learned that we had made a baby. You might not want to go that far, but there's something about the water that is so romantic to a female. Take her to the water and communicate with her. Females love to talk and they love to cook with their partner. That's really good foreplay. We also play the question game. Make up 20 questions that have to be answered as honest as they possibly can be and watch your relationship take off. She'll never forget that day/night or both.

If its your first date I would do something simple. I would pick a nice restaurant or someplace quiet where you guys can sit and talk and get to know one another. I would wear blue jeans and a nice button down shirt. If you are a female a nice pair of jeans and a Conservative top. If you really want to do something spectacular I would first start with a nice bouquet of flowers just make sure your date doesn't have any allergies. Pick a really nice restaurant, if there is a fondue place where you live I would suggest that it can rather sensual. I would wear a nice pair of slacks and a silk shirt or something that has a sexy feel to it. After dinner I would suggest a ice skating rink or some physical activity that you have to help your date with. Maybe rock climbing.

This is what I would considere a romantic date: First we would go to a quality restaurant and try some unusual cuisine, maybe Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, or Thai food. It would be very gentlemanly if the guy offered to pay with his credit card. Then we would go to his apartment and watch a comedy movie on his DVD player. It would be awesome if we could go on top of his roof and look at the view from above. Afterwards, we would go bowling and laugh at each other whenever we made really bad throws. And then maybe we would end with a karaoke, and go back to his apartment and watch another DVD.

Here's the shortened version:
1) fancy Chinese restaurant
2) comedy DVD at his place
3) enjoy the view from his roof
4) bowling
5) karaoke
6) more movies
7) say good night. :)

Being in a cave of rocks right out beside the Atlantic Ocean overnight in February during a blizzard, wrapped in a double sleeping bag with the one I loved. With the wind howling over our heads, and near the opening of the cave, whistling around the rocks, and the ocean crashing and thundering about a thousand feet away, and then have it last all night and leave about eight inches of fresh snow just outside the opening to the cave. With bright sunshine for the next day.
