That's a very general question and all women are looking for something different.
About the only thing we all really want is someone with a genuine interest in us, getting to know us, and actually caring about us. The rest of it is person specific.

be sweet and nice and talk to her in the hallway but dont be at her locker every hour cause then she doesnt get time to talk to her friends. and also be nice to her friends!! And dont act nervous around her : )
