Sometimes. It depends on the person. I believe a cheater can change and be faithful. But if you cheat time and time again, then that phrase suits you. (Not you you, but you know what I mean)

Yes, one of my exes cheated on me multiple times. I forgave her the first couple of times thinking that she wouldnt do it again because I thought if she really loved me that she wouldnt do it again, but she did.
