A man I was seeing for a couple of weeks just told me that my being a non-drinker was a dealbreaker for him. Needless to say, I am somewhat surprised by this turn of events. He is not a wine "expert" but says he enjoys the social interactions with his partners when having a good bottle of wine. I understand we all have "dealbreakers" in choosing partners, but this one threw me. It's never been an issue with past partners who seemed to be more into wine than this guy was. I'm fine with it, decided all I can do is move on, haven't known him that long, but was just surprised at this news.

I'm gonna get alot of slack for this question but i'm gonna ask it anyway?
cause i'm freaking out . ok, i have been with my boyfriend for about 9 months and i already love him so much. i also get along really good with his family. he lives about an hour away from me so i dont see him much during the week. his best friend is his cousin . i sometimes hang out with him during the week when my boyfriend isnt here. last night we got really drunk and hooked and i think we might have even had sex, i dont remember that well, I was really drunk .we texted each other about this morning and both agreed we were just really drunk and leave it at that . but i kinda feel like even though i'm so happy with my bf and love him so much, i cant continue this relationship with this secret , should i break up with him but not tell him why, and just get out of the picture, even though i love him and that was just a mistake , never to happen again

i have no friends and no girlfriend because of my low self-esteem but i desperatly want to find friends and a girlfriend. also i find myself staying in the house, going on the computer and fantasise about humiliation and dressing as a girl. can any boy/girl help me with stoping my sick interests i have developed and improve my self-esteem so i can find friends and a girlfriend. please help me turn into a normal 19 year old boy.

On one hand Ive know this guy for 4 years, mind you besides the idle boy girl attraction we've always use to get along great. But then we get through these periods of never talking to each other and then when we finally do he acts really close. On one hand I love being his friend because I like to protect him and hes such a carefree and fun person but on the otherside I feel that i am being taken advantage of since I always try to do him favores to make him happy and i never ask anything in return but at times it gets so bad I dont tell him but I cry at some of the jokeful things he says. At times I feel he's selfish because he really only does care about himself but who doesnt now a days?

My fiance is dead set on me taking his name when we get marrried but the idea of my name being anything but what it has been my whole life freaks me out. It's my name, my mother named me that for a reason. I'm sure in a way this is normal but I just haven't been able to get over it!! What should I do?

in most cases people are doing the things that are supposed to be saved until after marriage before they are wed.
There are very few women wearing a white wedding dress on that big day that really should be wearing it.(if you know what I mean) i think this is a big reason why divorce is so high, because people have little moral integrity.

Does this mean she is in love?
I have been dating this woman for 3 weeks now and we have a great time together. Last night after I dropped her off at her place and went back home, I got this text message from her "Thank you for all that you are to me, you have been nothing but a blessing".

What do you guys think? I mean I like her alot and we both have feelings for one another but I dont want to be jumping to any conclusions.

I dont know why but it is really depressing me that Ill be 30 soon, and no boyfriend or career that I love.I was engaged to my highschool boyfriend of 10 years and we were actually supposed to be getting married next weekend, we had the hall booked and everything.I broke up with him last March & it was the hardest thing I ever had to do, but when i was really honest with myself i realized we had grown appart (i had grown up and he had not) and we just didnt want the same things out of life.I have dated 4-5 guys since then and they all seemed to start out great but turn into jerks who were just after sex, and once they got it or didnt after a while they dissapeared.Im so frustrated by this.I try to do things with friends but most are settled & everyone keeps trying to set me up.Any advice?

How long would it take to find out if it's just a phase or just infatuation or if you just love him as a friend that you can't be without for the rest of your life?
