I hate this statement, it's so overused, and it's so not true.
I need a good retort.

I keep reading on here people saying things like "men don't want commitment" or the all offensive "why by the cow when you can get the milk for free". Really? Do people believe this? Explain yourselves.

I'm a woman, but all that means in my reality is that I have a vagina. It doesn't mean I'm only after commitment and babies. Did you know women like sex as much as men and often for the same reasons?

I do believe that gender is a social construct and as society changes so does the borders of maleness/femaleness. Why do people say that women want this and men don't want this and stereotype after stereotype after stereotype? I just don't get it. I'm androgynous by nature and female by nurture because of my biology.

Second part, does anyone else think that these stereotypes are problems not just for women, but men as well and a huge factor in things like divorce? If we saw eachother as persons instead of walking penises/vaginas, wouldn't we see more clearly?

All my friends tell me that if I don't have sex soon people will start thinking I'm gay. But I'm not gay. I ONLY like girls, but I don't have a girlfriend yet and I haven't had sex of even kissed a girl. What if I don't ever get a girlfriend in high school? Some kids don't, and they never end up getting girlfriends they end up being loners in life, that's what my friend said.

I'm not ugly, and I am not overweight. I work out often so I have been getting more muscular. But I'm not tall, I'm only 5"2, that's short for 15 so maybe only girls like tall guys? PLZ help me!!! what do I do?

You're visiting your in-laws with your spouse and kids.

Your mother-in-law is on the talking to her uncle on the phone.

He asks her what they are doing and she says your spouses name and the kids are visiting and completely leaves you out of the conversation about who's visiting.

Its been a month since my engagement broke off and I have decided to contact my ex-fiance to ask her regarding why as when she did tell me its over there was a lot of emotions flying around and not enough clear facts. I need this closure badly as my heart is severely wounded and not knowing why I have been "kicked to the curb" is even more devastating. Should I call her or email her...and whichever way I do it, what should I say to her? I still have love in my heart for her, should I even bring that up?

Like, I know men get easily scared off from women but there's gotta be something women do to push you away. Is it when we're too clingy, talk too much, too quiet, what??

About 20 years ago I was with an older woman & it was a fine experience. In her words: "you made me feel like a woman & I made you feel like a man". Any women out there have anything to share about how a woman can be with a man 14 years older. I'm talking 30s & 40s.
