My friend and her boy friend had a fight, "he said that "she nags him all the time and he will leave her". she got real vex and started to bang her head on the wall. My friend has a high temper, which is hard for me or her boy friend to control............Now her head is swollen and has a big bump.......she's feeling sick .....i don't know what to do.....How do it tell her parents what happen, or should i tell them...

She should see a doctor. She probably has a concussion. A doctor to see about the swelling head and a doctor to see about her incredible temper too. Thats not normal hon.
