I notice that 90% of women in their 40s speak ill of men, even those who smile in their husbands' faces and play the "perfect wife" part? I'm going through a divorce but I don't want to hate all men.

i've fallen in love with my husband's cousin...i know its wrong but i cant help it..he also loves me a lot ,i expressed my feelings 2 him,we dont have any sexual relations,we r just emotionally envolved...he stays in other city so we hardly meet each other..we just talk on phone..if my husband comes 2 know bout dis he'll kill me...we've promised each other tat we'll always be in our limits but is it wrong 2 think about him and talk 2 him sometimes...i dont know whether its love or just an infatuation...but i've never felt like dis before for anybody else..plz answer seriously

I'm a 2nd yr MBA student, and have somewhat of a crush on a 1st yr girl. We don't have common classes or schedules, so I haven't even officially met her yet. I'm a student advisor for incoming students, so I've seen her various school programming events. We've passed by each other and I've caught her looking at me a few times. There was a time when I had to do a demonstration in front of a group and she sat in the front row -- and as we were going through the demo, I caught her looking at me again a few times. Since then, I've tried to show up at events, presentations, etc, hoping to run into her, but haven't been successful. I've heard she has a BF back home -- he's extremely lucky!! Recently, I got an email from her out of the blue asking if I could help her prepare for interviews (I'm an advisor). Her emails were friendly, congratulatory and long. We're meeting next week for intrvw prep. How do I take this further when I meet her? She's very pretty, likely sick of getting asked out!

In the hospital I was told I need to fill out the paternity form only if I want to give my son his father's last name (I gave him my last name). But we filled the birth certificate form together with my partner (child's father), thinking, his name will appear on the b.c. The space was empty, and my partner is accusing me I deleted the information about him on purpose, just to hurt him. Of course it is not true, it was a mistake, but how can I prove it? I don't even think I should deal with such accusations. I brought the papers, so we can correct the birth certificate and even put my partner's last name, but he says I should have done it that time already.
I'm sorry, it was my mistake, we can correct it - he doesn't listen.

Get this... Is it legal for an adult child to simply visit the parent and chat when the parent is obviously in need of care and cannot function alone?

By the way - we ARE taking care of grandma - it's her child that's not.. We just want to know if the adult child is culpable (legally responsible) in any way so we can get some help.

Ok, I honestly love my girlfriend, I do.

But I can't help but want to have sex with other girls. I don't want to date them...I just want to have sex.

My ex currently gets 2+ days a week with our daughter. He is now saying that he wants more free time with her and therefore more hours - like almost 3 days per week plus a visit on saturday "to do family activities"
Do I have to let him do this? I think she is there too much time already. We have different lifestyles and I don't want her spending more time with him. I told him "no more time" and he said he wouldn't back down. Our agreement says we have to go to mediation to make decisions. I don't agree with mediation and I don't like having to sit in a room and talk to him. What happens if I don't go? Can he take me to court? Will they let him get the extra hours? We have a shared parenting plan, but I am the residential parent.
