she changes drop off and pickup locations, doesn't help with transportation, keeps my daughter from calling/emailing me, tells my mother i don't pay child support, tells me i'm not the dad and just makes stuff up, then thinks it's true. my lawyer strongly advocates not going back to court. is it time for a new lawyer?

My divorce will be filed and final in a matter of weeks. While I am sad that the marriage did not work out (12 years), I am kinda excited about being single, dating and not having to answer to anyone but myself. Is that wrong?

So I have this guy friend. He has had plenty of girlfriends in the past and hes not a virgin. most importantly, he LOVES girls....

but he just recently told me a secret that he has never told anyone. He thinks he is bi curious. He often thinks about guys in ways he never has before. He even finds himself downloading gay porn and has always wanted to know what gay sex felt like. However, he doesn't know what he should do because he doesn't find anything attractive on a guy. He doesn't "look" in the lockerroom. and he doesnt "look" in the bathroom. He doesn't go out of his way to look at anybody. Remember the fact that he LOVES girls more than anything but finds himself having sexual fantasies about guys. any suggestions?

I feel really bad for him. He is super confused. Should he experience things with guys just to see how it is or just forget about his thoughts and continue LOVING, AWESOME relationships with girls?.....

An old flame from years past was searchable online, and apparently, unmarried, as her maiden name indicates she's possibly unattached. We broke up over not being too compatible do to my occupational travel. Unfortunately, it was also due to our differences not wanting children. I got her pregnant. She had an abortion. At the time, we both agreed it wasn't time for either of us to start a family either. I paid for half the abortion, even though as a practicing Christian, I felt it wrong. Needless to say, I never spoke to her but only twice, and briefly, a few weeks after, some 16 years ago. As I recall, it was more or less negative. She's 44, I'm 42. Should I drop a post card, a letter or just leave it alone? I'm thinking she had issues with finding the right guy, otherwise known as Mr. Right I suppose. Apparently, she still hasn't married. I was wondering if she would remember me. Should I contact or leave it alone?

I can kinda sorta be like shy around him. I have a feeling that he likes me, because he ALWAYS stares at me during band class, and wherever I am in the classroom, he follows me, and I can tell he wants to try talking to me but then, he kinda sorta freaks out and walks away. We say hi to eachother here and there, but band is the ONLY class I have with him, and now hes switching out of our classroom. We have been dating for a year now, and when we first met, I told him I wasnt comfortable receiving oral (self-conscious), but I always gave oral to him and still do. Well, like I said that was a year ago, and our relationship is great. Now I want to try oral, so I brought up the topic, and he said we could try me receiving but it never happened ( MONTHS later). So I have hinted that to him recently, a few times, to try again, and he kinda ignored it and brushed it off. Well now I am thinking that maybe he doesnt want to give it anymore or he thinks he can get away with not giving, hoping I will just drop it. I know he has done it in the past, but I am so tired of bringing it up and then he never follows through. What do I say to him? I just want to try it, do guys really not like giving oral to a girl?

PS. Im very clean, so its not like I smell

hello! i have a question (duh). ok, first, intro- i sing, act, am the lead singer in an all-girl band (think the ramones, new-wave era u2, and riot grrrl stuff all in one), am really into the visual arts as well as opera and musical theatre, and i dress very differently. i go to a school where these things are not really the norm, and i've found in the past year and a half lots of guys will approach me and start up a conversation, but once i reply they pretty much expect me to do the rest. it's irritating because these guys are adorable, but they almost seem incapable of carrying on the conversation. i get looks in the hallway that pretty much guarantee intent interest, but some don't even approach me. what do you think- are they intimidated or do they just meet me and figure out i'm not as interesting as i come across to be? and if they're intimidated- what can i do to ease their nerves? good lord, it's painful, you'd laugh if you witnessed one of these conversations.

Married only 3 years. Before I married, paid off 90% of house. Worked hard 20 years to buy house. Wife brought nothing into the marriage. Saved money in retirement plan and RRSP's. Wife did not accept responsiblities of marriage. Did not cook, clean, shop for groceries, wash laundry, etc. Slept in a separate bedroom most of the time. Got a job as an escort and earned more than me. Used my car to meet customers. Kept all money in a separate bank account. Gave none to me. Was hardly home and I was lonely all the time. Wife treated herself to expensive clothes, makeup, shoes, jewellery, purses, etc. Still love my wife but have to divorce. Cannot live with such a selfish person any longer. Broke promises to quit job and be a better wife. What was your experience with unequal division? I know courts are women friendly but this is so unfair. If I have to pay 50%, I would be in alot of debt for 20+ years. Thanks to all.
