I've had the privilege of knowing and dating some truly wonderful intellegent girls who share many of my values during college. A few years out of college I'm ready to date seriously again, but I can't find anyone even reasonably comparable. I meet lots of nice girls who show some interest, but I really don't show much interest because I feel I can do better. I'd consider trying to connect with the old college friends, but the geography isn't very feasible and I've burned some bridges.

Do I adjust my standards to the girls I am around now or do I wait it out for someone who meets my current expectations? Am I a total jerk for holding women to past experiences? Any women ever crushed on a guy who doesn't think your good enough for him?

ok, i am 22 and have a 24 yr old bf. we met 18 months ago and have been inseparable, except for the 3 month break up during the summer. we attend the same school SHSU, and of course have different majors and goals and paths in life. i want to get my BA in teaching after i got done with my Associates-last year-, my bf wants to get his BA after he also got his Associates. here's the problem:after 18 months of dating you would think that things would ge serious but we have not moved in together or anything.that is good in my opinion!here comes the problem:my bf i dont think is really serious about this realtionship more like " a whatever thing" vs. me who takes it more seriously.he told me that he cannot see himself with me in the long-run and that he does not see himself marrying me.is this relationship just sex based or is there an actual connection?he tells me he loves me everyday yet he also tells me that he does not take a lot of things seriously and i am questioning the relationship

im about to turn 22, i live in so cali, im studying to further my career, i work as a computer tech making decent money, im smart and intelligent, i have a great and deep personality, i love getting out and doing things, i love fitness and the gym, im smart with finances, i eat right, live right. i damn well know what im doing in the sack, i just bought a nice saab car, im confident when i talk to girls too, i just got out of a 3 yr relationship.. my looks are pretty good too from what i hear (my myspace is alvarezcyberx@hotmail.com if you want to see me) so question isss.... why am i still single? all girls want to do out here is tease me.. sometimes i start getting involved but it just breaks off before it even starts.. its hard enough even finding a nice girl that wants a relationship. do girls like to chase or do you have to do most of the chasing without coming off as desperate? any advice would be appreciated. thanks

I've had my fair share of dating different personality type guys, and while i definitely don't stick around with the jerk, the one that makes me feel like a princess, that whole "I'm going to cater to you" attitude, was actually a turnoff! A lot of girls I've read on here are all about finding the sweet guys etc etc, but maybe it's just my type, cause they don't attract me at all?

Are any other girls feeling me, or am I going to be the unfortunate one to end up in an abusive relationship..?

I borrowed my girl my phone and i found that she had a romantic message which goes like, i ve arrived babe, wher a u. After talking about it, i said to her, you never loved or respected me. She got furious, stormed out of the house after packing her clothes and left. The next day she told me she dumped me. Advice me on this one. I love her so much. She stil has not come home. This sounds weird but it is a real problem and i need advice my brother is 33yo and has always been know to bend the truth and exegerat alot but always on things that made since, normal things to say, but in the last 3 years he has been telling stories of things and is completly obsessed with each story he tells he swares everything he says is the truth, for a while he was telling everyone that he was bit by a black widow all the time, and of course no signs of bites but lately he thinks that he is sent to people to help the with religous matters, he says god tells him who needs help and he'll drive around for hours a find someone that he is certan god told him to help, he see's angels and demons and talks to god and can hear god talking back, he has been dating the same girl for 8 yrs but he is telling everyone the he has serval wives that god apointed to him he's talking weird to everyone. i can't get him to go to a doc, he's thinks i'm evil and am trying to get him commited , help!

She's my desk partner,and to be honest I really hate her. Firstly,she always changes seats which always affected me adversely in order to be with her good friends. When she comes back,my friend in front will always tell her that she shouldn't change seats so frequently because she's affecting me...then she turned to me and asked me "Did you tell him to say that?" And she was a little angry i knew. Then when we got our maths book back,I got all sums correct and she had all correct too,however she said "Why is the teacher so unfair?" as she stared at my book..then whenever she talks to me,she always looked as if she wanna kill me...like she's always so annoyed with me. then one day finally she told me to change seats with her best friend because she wanna sit with her..but the seat is too faraway from my locker and i will have trouble taking my books everyday..then i declined...then she scolded me off seriously and pushed me away to sit with her friend...tell me..is she a bad person?

i am using windows me since 1999, right from its first launch. it is ok but one troublesome always have sneezed me i.e......... cmdninst.exe has caused an error and now it will close, try restarting.....quite boring. i manage it to install fresh copy of windows me whenever it occurs...and it occurs occassionally...can any one tell me what is this problem or tell me location where from can i get best solution ......this puzzled error....thanks...for watching with patience...
