700 km isn't too far if he really loves you..

That u have to answer urself, ldr aint that bad but u both need lots of trust for each other...and only 700km??? I know a friend whose into ldr...they are from 2 different country...happily married now with a daughter and my sister is married to a brit, had three lovely kids, been married for a long time and they met through an advertisement on our local paper for penpal. If ur up for it why not? But my advise is, take it slow...i've even encounter myself that some of this netizens said they love u....most of them are lying...i chat online quite frequently and encounter all sorts of people...whether it's a good idea or not...its really ur decision. I wouldn't say it's a bad idea...it's just like online dating. Nothing is impossible.

I wouldn't get into a relationship other than friends until you have met him, there have been a few people I have got along with great on the net but in person we didn't click. Good luck x

It might work for some people but it wouldn't for me!!I like to be able to see my man!
I would defiantly suggest you actually meet up before you decide to commit to anything!!He could be something completely different to what he has told you!! Although you do hear lots of good stories about people meeting and falling in love on the net, there are also lots of bad ones to!!So just be careful x

It's OK as long as it's a long-distance net-relationship - what's the harm ?

But I wonder how fulfilling any meaningful relationship can be over 700 km. Penpals are fantatsic and if you ever get the chance to get together even better. But if you want a relationship shouldn't you be together ?

Well it's always good to try something at least once, because then if it didn't work then you'll know, "Hey I tried it and it didn't work!" Also get to know the person, and make sure you exchange phone numbers, [ only if your comfortable doing so ] I haven't tired it yet but I'll give it a shot one day, and who knows, maybe you'll get together like my co-worker and her husband. They met online! Also try to keep in mind, that you have to trust this person, because if you don't then long distance shouldn't be for you then.

Good Luck!!

I believe actions speak louder than words - and you are only dealing with words - he could be telling you anything.
