She's my desk partner, and to be honest I really hate her. Firstly, she always changes seats which always affected me adversely in order to be with her good friends. When she comes back,my friend in front will always tell her that she shouldn't change seats so frequently because she's affecting me...then she turned to me and asked me "Did you tell him to say that?" And she was a little angry i knew. Then when we got our maths book back,I got all sums correct and she had all correct too, however she said "Why is the teacher so unfair?" as she stared at my book..then whenever she talks to me,she always looked as if she wanna kill me...like she's always so annoyed with me. then one day finally she told me to change seats with her best friend because she wanna sit with her..but the seat is too faraway from my locker and i will have trouble taking my books everyday..then i declined...then she scolded me off seriously and pushed me away to sit with her friend...tell me..is she a bad person?

She is a spoiled brat. Since now you realize this, don't give in to her demands. Her behavior will only get her so far, and soon others will see her for what she is.

Well, probably not really a bad person, but she sounds like she is a bit insecure and immature. We cannot really blame her fully because of her age, she's still so young like you and some young people have several personality issues about themselves. She's at a stage where she's not thinking and acting correctly towards other people like you. It sounds like she wants everything the way she wants things to be - and we know that that is just not possible. There will come a time when she will change her unpleasant attitude when she's older and more mature but we just don't know when that will happen. Try not to be affected by her actions as she is having some issues that she will have to face up to later on in life. If the seats where you are now are assigned to you by the teacher or whoever in authority in the classroom then you have all the right to stay there and since you said it's convenient for you. Try to let it go from one ear to the other, don't take it in.

when i was in the 7th grade..there was a girl who was just as bad if not worse...she was really mean to me...we had science class together and she would kick me,push me,throw pens, stab me with the ends of the pens..and not to mention the name calling...i never did a thing to her much less talk to her and that is what i would get...fed up with it i did protocol and told the teacher and for a couple of weeks the girl was far enough away from me to leave me alone...then out of no where the teacher puts her right next to me...and i did nothing...i let her pick on me...well years go by and right after my senior year of high school i was waiting tables...she comes in looking for a job and sees me behind the host stand...she was nice and asked for an application...with all i had in me i held back and gave her one...she filled it out and turned it in for an interview..well i went back and told the manager she wasnt a good hire and that she wouldnt be worth it...and she didnt get hired...i recently found out she is working for a department store and has a kid whose father left her...moral of the story is that whatever issue that girl is having you cannot let keep u down...she really just wants attention regardless of good or bad and by acknowledging her you are giving her what she wants...think about it if you ignore her and blow her off...what can she do about it...you just set her up to get busted...cause i know for a fact she will make a fool of herself when you ignore her ...good luck stay strong
