i am sad. my hubby wants a divorce.

My 9 year old son sometimes refuses to go see his father. My son has anger issues with his dad because of past abuse from his dad and other circumstances (my ex husband just lost their home in foreclosure and lied to my kids about it, and also left their family dog in the house to starve to death - the dog was rescued by the neighbors, he also just moved in with his gf of 2 months and didn't talk to the kids about it, just did it). When it is time for his scheduled visitation my ex husband has to physcially force my son in the car and pray that my son doesn't jump out of the car while its moving. (He has done this in the past, jump out of the car while it's moving). We agreed that it was in the best interest of my son to not risk him getting hurt and to no longer force him to go, but now my ex is threatening me with holding me in contempt because I'm not FORCING my son into the car. Any advice? (Legal or otherwise?)

Thanks for all who responded to the previous question of:7 months left in lease with boyfriend i don't love anymore. i can't move out, should i breakup anyway?

We have had a heart to heart and it consisted of me saying that it wasn't working out anymore and him breaking down and crying telling me how happy i make him and that i obviously still care about him (because i was getting upset also) so there must be something left to work on and promising me that he'd work on a whole bunch of issues that i told him were bothering me but its been 2 months since and I've seen little to NO change in him. he is just being so clingy and unstable about this whole thing i don't know if i can trust him to be ok with the fact that we need to break up but must still survive in the same house for the next 7 months. to be honest, i don't even know how to tell him without upsettting him so drastically becuase it gets us no where when he's upset.

I have grabbed the attention of a 27 year old guy recently. He's adorable, totally polite, accomplished, great outlook to the future and thinks I am the cats pajamas to boot. I am 39-to be 40 this year, but definatley look younger than my age, most people say late 20's or early 30's. I don't know how far to take this, and I don't want to ultimatley be a heartbreaker if the age difference becomes to evident between us. I already feel I am robbing the cradle a bit. What do you think I am to him? He claims he can't stop thinking about me, wants to be with me all the time-but is this more about passion and being with a older professional woman? Do you think its more about the physical for him? How realistic is my Demi/Ashton affair? Should I just go with the flow and keep an open mind?

im getting married in october and my step daughter will be 2 at the time of the wedding. i was unsure if i should put her in my wedding or just get her a pretty dress due to the fact that she will be so young. my god daughter is going to be my flowergirl and she will be almost 4. i love my step daughter and we will all be taking pics together. i just didnt know if she was too young to be part of the bridal party. thanks for all your help.

My husband cheats on me. I have tried everything I could to see my marriage works. We are married for 12yrs. I have 2 kids. He is into viewing porn & leching at woman. I have am married to a wonderful guy, but he is so wrapped up in work that I feel lonely a lot. I mean, just in trying to talk to him about me, or my day, I often get cut off or simply overlooked when something of his business comes to his mind or the phone rings. I don’t know what to do about it. I just feel like I am secondary to his work sometimes. I honestly know he doesn’t mean it, he gets focused. He realizes sometimes that I am distant and he attempts to fix the problem, but it inevitably happens again. I just don’t know how to stop feeling so lonely sometimes. Any thoughts?

okay so me and my bf have been going out for about 81/2 mo. The thing is, i had potential feelings for another guy and he found out and broke it off. we got together in like two days. i really like him and regret even having feelings for teh other guy. But now my bf doesn't seem as affectionate and he's starting saying things like:"I can look off the menu but i can't order". And " i can look but not touch".Guys: is it because he was turned off by me because i possibly liked another guy? He is still affectionate when we're alone but not really around other ppl anymore.
