Hmm, well, 19 year old woman are normally attracted to different items that there brothers have no clue they even liked. So, your best bet is to get her a $25.00-$100.00 gift-card to any of her favorite stores. Other than that, I'm not sure what she would like. Hope this helps, take care.

there's a lot of sales on at the moment. Try HqHair.com in their Outlet store for discounted but good makeup etc. They sell so many nice things on there. Also asos.com are having a big sale at the moment, and their clothes and gift ideas are great. Or maybe you could get her eBay vouchers or something so she could choose for herself?

If she hasn't got one she'll absolutely love an Ipod. They aren't that expensive, you can get a cool Ipod shuffler for about £35, and they are so dinky she will go CRAZY for it!!
