ok, me n girl aruged in the past and she said some really mean things to me..i have forgiven her and i always forgive her when she does somethin wrong to me.. she does the same for me too..is this a true sign of love? to forgive?

No! Forgivness is for mistakes people make and want forgiveness for when they repent. Forgivness can be given without accepting the person back into your life to do it again. Forgiveness is a feeling of peace inside of you that you carry with you to let you know that the conflict ended with peace and forgiveness. It certainly doesn't mean to repeat.
On a second note, you're allowing this girl to treat you like crap. You don't have to put up with someone who says mean things about you. If you guys keep going round and round with this it will still end up nowhere because you're INCOMPATIBLE. This is what dating is; to find out if you're compatible. You're not. Dating and sex doesn't make you commited. Move on and find someone you're compatible with :-)

It is a sign of unselfish, forgiving love, which can lead to unconditional, "true" love. Forgiveness is an important part of a healthy relationship, because -- let's face it -- we all screw up sometimes. There are always times that we are selfish, mean, hurtful, or just thoughtless, and being able to forgive someone for all those things is a good step in the right direction.

True forgiveness is one of the most admirable qualities someone can posses. Whether you choose to forgive an enemy, a family member, a spouse, or a true love... it shows a lot about your character.
It could be a sign of true love... but I've forgiven people that I've never loved.

To forgive is wonderful!
But it's not good to say really mean hurtful things.
I hope that you both can learn to be able to argue without trying to hurt the other. It can be done, especially if you love each other and remember that after the argument that you will still be as one.

No it's not a sign of true love, it may be a sign for that, both you and your girlfriend have fish memories. Sorry for being harsh but I'm afraid it's not healthy for a relationship to keep on hurting each other.

there's no sign for true love. you just know it in your heart that you really love a person. forgiveness shows maturity and understanding that we are only human and that we all make mistakes. being able to do this in a relationship just makes it stronger.

don't be a martyr always. sometimes you just have to weigh things based on reasons and not just emotions. i'm not saying that you should not forgive her. my point is you have to tell her about her limitations. a mistake done over and over again is never good. you know that

it could be...but you will know if your in love or not...dont know how to explain but you will know...its like you would do ne thing to be with her...if you ever lost her you would do ne thing to get her back...you would die for her...cry for her...if you feel this way ask her if she feels the same way...those are signs that you love each other but not like "in" love...if you know what i mean...love is rly hard to explain...its just to complicated...you will know if your "in" love...Good Luck!
