I I know exactly how you feel! I work full time, go to school full time, and have homework in between, and my wife is the same way. I ignore the _itch! I use every excuse there is to stay as far away from her as possible, study groups, the library, and even church. I have a goal, when I finish I will be making better money, my child will be 18 by then, and I will end this relationship! It's not worth it, life is too short to end up with a _itch!

Ok I am not a guy however, my current husband left his wife because of her chronic nagging and b*tch**g--well it was one of the main reason, there were several. I would suggest that she get involved in something, like a group, or hobby. Maybe she doesn't have anything else to do but sit around and think of things to b*t*h about. Maybe she is unhappy, which it is not your responsibility to make her happy--we are each responsible for our own happiness--tell her to go back to school, start a hobby like palm reading or scrapbooking, or in worse case scenerio go see a therapist--at least her if she is truly constantly complaining about everything--after you have worked all day, that is the last thing you need to come home to. My husband now comes home to a kiss, a clean house, dinner and anything he would need, he just has to ask--because I am thankful for him everyday!

Is her situation any better than yours? Does she stay home locked in the house with live kids all day? Perhaps you are the only person she can vent to. Put yourself in her shoes. Is she complaining to you or at you? There is a difference. Try taking her in your arms and reminding her that you love her...that might help!

do you work long hours, are you never home ? if you answer yes to these questions then maybe she has a point, she'd rather have you around than you being at work, but then the bills pile up and she calls you a slacker, so it's a lose lose situation, no real answer for you man, wish you luck

A woman will never truly be happy. Agree. When she bitches about doing the dishes, that maybe you do every night. Just say, you're right I should help out more. That will blindside her; she never saw it coming, then she will realize that she gives you crap that's not even your problem...
Good luck-

Talk to her. Find out why she is complaining - chances are, it has nothing to do with what she's complaining about. NICELY tell her that you'd like her to stop complaining and talk to you like an adult. The two of you have to learn how to communicate ;-)
