I live in Fargo, and recently lost my job. I have an opportunity with a major company in Seattle WA and need to leave next week. The apartment lease is in my name, and my room mate has been staying here with me for all 8 months that I have lived here. There are still 4 months left on the lease, but he refuses to take over the lease or even pay more than his half of the rent even though he will be the only one here. He has a good job (that I helped him get) and we have been friends for about 8 years. What should I do?

There is this girl I've been sleeping with. She was from my past and contacted me out of the blue and we started sleeping together right away. Then she wants to become my girlfriend but I didn't want her to so she got mad, but then she agreed to just hanging out with me and still sleeping together like we were. Then it was going fine but now all of a sudden she pretty much stopped emailing me. She used to email me all the time but she hasn't even replied to my last email. And she used to set up times for us to get together but now she hasn't. What happened?

OKAY so let me tell u this story that happend to me.
My dad told me that i could go out, if i was back by 12...so i was like okay i will..i didnt get back 'till 12:05 cuz we had to drop sum other chick off first and her mamma was NOT happy..well as u kno, its COLD outside *or at least where i live* so i was outside for 30 min. now, i already am sick.. i dont have a jacket on *i know that stupid* but i told him to have the door unlocked so all i would have to do is open and shut/lock the door he said "fine"so iget there and its locked. i bang on the door, i call, and i bang on his window.NO ANSWER.that makes me really mad....so i call my sis, she cant come and get me cuz "im too far away" and i call my mom and she was like "bang on his window" and she hung up on me, but she came and got me..so now my mom said "when he calls 2morrow, dont answer, cuz he needs to know better" and i said "okay" and now im SO mad i dont know what to dohow should i handle this? should i pick up? or not?

my last question...
im 31 and single i dont really want a g/f but i do like hooking up. my 21 year old brother lives with me and my 4 year old son. my brothers friend, ashley is always at my house hanging out with him. shes 19, about 2 weeks ago she was over and i was tlaking to her and one thing led to another. for a week we went out on dates and stuff and then a couple of days ago we began to have sex, she told me she was a virgin and i told her i love her to make her feel better about it. we had sex then the next day i didnt know how to tell her that thats all it was so i just began being a jerk. my brother told me earlier that shes been real depressed lately and idk if i should try talking to her or just forget about it ? shell get over it eventually right ?

i decided to call the girl but idk what to say to her. any suggestions ? im scared if i talk to her though im just going to be more of a jerk to her

I am due to get married soon and sometimes i feel so excited about it and other times I don't. My fiancee is a great man but jus like any other man he can be a @ss at times. I know I cant expect him to be perfect but we are great for each other in many ways.

But I want to know what are some others disappointments after marriage and if you feel the dissapointments are worth the risk?

a divorcee ( age group 25-30) resist/ avoid his/her physical urge(sex life) to almost say 2 years......what they should do?

Sex is the strongest urge like Food! You can't resist or avoid for long. same time, understand the situation, that its a end of their once happy marital life, and probably they don't want to take the hasty decisions in any rush. But the need / urge still remains!!!

pay for sex if they don't find the partner/friend for long,
Pay for sex if they don't have the partner at that moment,
Pay for sex if they don't intend to re-marry ,
how do they satisfy their need?


One can self -help with their own hands, but that is not real satisfying as the true companion / partner. Its not always sex, but if its emotionaly connected, sex becomes love.

Having sex with other person ( possibly) makes them feel guilty, down in self esteem, or simply put what should all the divorcee do than?

This guy and i have been getting along really well, we are always using every excuse to touch each other and hug each other and i know he is very attracted to me. We are only friends at the moment but im seeing him this week. Im just wondering how i can get him to HAVE to kiss me. I just broke up with my boyrfriend because he's not an intelligent person. He sayd that no one does that, but I have my beliefs and I know what I want. telling me to keep in touch with him he gives me his p.o box number his private phone number then when I write or call he gets anoyed says i think he gave me a comitment which I don't think at all I do like him and we have been friends a while but why is he one min asking me "gee I thought you had forgotten me" then when I get in touch get annoyed I said well I won't contact you any more his answer to that was no don't do that just be nice to me I will admit I sometimes get pretty cranky with him because I don't understand just what it is he is wanting from me anyone out there with any ideas thanks
