a divorcee ( age group 25-30) resist/ avoid his/her physical urge(sex life) to almost say 2 years......what they should do?

Sex is the strongest urge like Food! You can't resist or avoid for long. same time, understand the situation, that its a end of their once happy marital life, and probably they don't want to take the hasty decisions in any rush. But the need / urge still remains!!!

pay for sex if they don't find the partner/friend for long,
Pay for sex if they don't have the partner at that moment,
Pay for sex if they don't intend to re-marry ,
how do they satisfy their need?

One can self -help with their own hands, but that is not real satisfying as the true companion / partner. Its not always sex, but if its emotionaly connected, sex becomes love.

Having sex with other person ( possibly) makes them feel guilty, down in self esteem, or simply put what should all the divorcee do than?

I've been in a relationship for 5 years, and he wants it so few and far between, and when he does it only last 3 minutes, that I'm ready to ditch him and find someone who can keep up with me in the bedroom. I'm 33 and he's 43. I guess he's just finished, too old, whatever. All I know is I'm tired of being rejected so I take it wherever I can get it. Sounds bad, but you know what? Withholding sex is grounds for divorce. Plus it's not like he's giving it to me, so what ever. No one should be forced to do without. Never mind everyone else, live your life the way you want to. The rest of the world will either have to mind their own damn business, or deal with it.

The world is all about living. Living life to the fullest. How one choose what that means to them, is their choice.

I am confused! you still speak in terms of we.(their once happy marriage, They don't want to) and Why do you find it OK to pay for sex if your not married. But wont have sex with some you just met for free. Not every women, is looking to get married, because you had sex with them.
I think, that all of this is about her, your ex. you will feel as if you cheated.on your EX WIFE. That's why the feeling of guilt, down in self esteem. You need to face the fact.YOU ARE NOT MARRIED TO HER ANYMORE. SHE IS NOT YOUR WIFE.
I am sorry but you have not accepted that fact. You need to. Stop playing the guilt treatment on her too. Either let go and move on or get back with your EX, Once you do one or the other, life will be a little easier to live. Stop beating your self up. You are free to see, to date, to have fun, to have sex , to laugh and to do it with any one you choose. You don't need to answer to her. GET SOME PROFESSIONAL HELP IF NEED BE.

I don't follow you. Who resists what, and for what reason? Is it you, someone you know, a hypothetical person, or what? To have or not to have sex is a personal decision that everyone makes for themselves, but I do agree that being so preoccupied with "resisting" normal urges that life passes you by is just stupid.

Don't want to be to harsh, but from what you are writing it sounds like you are bitter and may have some guilt/shame issues related to sex.

Have you thought about seeking professional help to clear your thoughts and provide a healthy direction forward instead of being stuck in the place you are at now.

You should wait until you get married again. Sex out of marriage is called fornication, although who cares about that anyway, only me?
