This guy and i have been getting along really well, we are always using every excuse to touch each other and hug each other and i know he is very attracted to me. We are only friends at the moment but im seeing him this week. Im just wondering how i can get him to HAVE to kiss me. I dont want to dress like a total whore and i dont want to be the one to make the first move. Also where should we go that would be 'romantic' but not obvious? Im really bad at this kind of thing.

This really depends on the guy and how comfortable he is in going for a kiss, which depends on experience. If the guy is confident and he's really attracted to you, and he senses a romantic opportunity he will go for the kiss. If he isn't so confident and or experienced however you will most likely have to make the first move...

I would say you make the first move but if you REALLY dont want to make your lips more appealing. Lip gloss works well, and if you already do that: Make lip gestures alot, like..lick your lips kinda in a teasing way to reel him in. Oh! Also, try asking him out, you dont want to be just a little thing for him. If you're really intersted make it serious.

Just plant one on him! I did that and he was soooo happy cuz I knew he was attracted to me but I didn't know that he loved me THAT much! He basically made out with me when I did that!
