i accidentally slipped out to my friend that i was going shopping for my best friend's xmas gift since she's my best friend and she's also having a party for it. After that, my friend keeps hinting that i didn't get her a present, i keep pretending i don't get her hints because i don't know her very well and she is a spoilt person so if i get her anything i know she won't appreciate it. So, i don't like it the way she keeps on hinting about the presents because, we only started hanging out this year... What should i do?

She is rude, flirtatious towards my husband, judgemental, speaks thier language(Korean) even though she his perfectly skilled in English, takes over my kitchen by getting up to get them drinks or food without even asking or impling the guys need refills or whatever, she's neglectful mother, parties too much, and never seems to want to conversate, but when she does she's putting me down or tries to argue any opinion I have. The point I'm trying to make is she a person I could never be friends with but because my brother-in-law has to bring her over with him I want to respect his wishes, but damn-the girl is 26 going on 16, and I'm loosing my patience. How do I tactfully step-up and regain respect in my own home? I had a problem with my husband's cousin-in-law, but I finally called her and told her that in my culture the women respect a man's wife...etc...whicj was easy because I only have to see her at church. i'm not a push-over, in fact I am strong spirited...I have to be tactful.

I know and understand he works so hard so we can have a good life. I appreciate him for this, but how do I explain he is needed more around here without sounding unsupportive? we have 2 children whom he doesnt see much. He gets up and is gone by 8 am and not home until 9 pm, and this goes on 6 days a week. He asks me to bring them and myself up to his work and "hang out" with him. I dont, he is working and the kids are lunatics...lol. Help please.

when im with my dad in public he'll make it completely obvious he's staring at women, by mumbling stuff under his breath. it makes me feel so uneasy cos he'll stare at girls my age too. I know he wouldnt perve over me but it makes me feel so uncomfortable. ive told my mum about it and she just accepts it as 'all men stare at pretty women' but his is not just a quick glance. besides i think he has put my mum through some sh*t before i was born. I'll try asking him a question, say were out shopping, and he won't pay attention to me cos of him staring at a girl's backside. Ive tried talking to him about it saying it makes me feel uneasy but he'll just get really angry with me (he has a nasty temper). he has a food problem also (i think he's anorexic), so when i go to get a dessert he'll stare me down as if to say 'i don't think you should be eating that'. i'm not making out he's the worst parent ever cos he's not, but he just doesn't fill me with confidence, so as a result i have none.

Society gives us the impression that man were made to cheat. As if it is impossible for them to stay faithful to their spouse but if the wife steps outside the marriage she is called all type of different names. She becomes outcasted by everyone. In my opinion, cheating is not acceptable for wife or husband.

My former bestfriend is one year older then I, we used to date but broke up and were extremly close ever since. His friends tore us apart and he blamed me for thewhole thing. He is now in college and he has completely changed and is a complete jack *** now and i miss him. He is a terrible person now. I recentely split with my ex, i was the one to break up with him.
I then went to a reunion of a guy who is going to college/university for his masters further up in the country. This guy is friends with my ex i dont think their v.close. Plus i dont think i should feel guilty for liking his friend (since my ex told me many times how much he likes one of my friends, before we went out and after we broke up).
Anyway at the reunion i ended up holding hands with his friend and he seemed really keen on me.
We then meet up again the following weekend and i thought it was only fair to tell him his friend was my ex (he didnt know) and that i still have a broken heart. I then sent him a mobile msg saying that i do like him but i have a brokenheart+dont know completely what i want. He didnt reply!! We did really get on when we meet up, sooo where do i stand? did i freak him out?? Why didnt he msg me back?? Was it the chase and now that its gone he doesnt like me? I dont know what to think??

yo.. It is not about what is natural or watever u r talking about.. to the average dude.. there isnt really anything a woman can do to stop a man from ******* another woman.. plus we not talking about love here, we talking baout cheating...when a man have a woman.. there is a 110% chance he will encounter another woman who is better looking and have a lot more to offer him than his present woman... a wonder if u know that some of the nicest and sweetest and most caring women out there are the ones that are cheated on?.

He says I better not go out with so-n-so or bring so-n-so around our 10 year old daughter etc. I haven't dated in 15 years. I've been divorced from him for 8. He is evil and scary. He says its his territory....me and our daughter. He is a mentally sick man; a bum; a narcissist; an alcoholic. I am afraid of him. He dates trash and I have asked him not to bring our daughter around the trash. I don't date trash. I am scared and confused. He says he doesn't want any other man around his kid telling her what to do (like he did to my first child) and talking strange beliefs to her. I think what he is really saying is, "I don't want you dating because I am afraid that our daughter will figure out that there are other really good men out there and that I (her father) is a piece of s@*%!". He is so sick that he even said to our daughter, "You watch, your mom is going to start sleeping with this guy and having sex with him". He ran my first ex off and verbally bashed my first kid.
