Well, my best friend is going out with a rly nice guy! We all have a rly close relationship. So close we talk on the phone to each other on the phone every night! Well, for the past couple weeks my best friend says that he hardly ever wants to talk to her. He just wants to talk to me! I've also noticed that when we are on the phone, he acts nicer toward me than her! He has actually said better things to me than her. I'm so confused! I personally feel that I should completely pull out of their relationship and not be involved at all, but my best friend wants me to talk to him for her! I have no idea what to do! Help!

Wife wants me to date, and live a new life. We have a wonderful son, and feel that for our emotional health it would be best to separate for now. I'm moving 80 miles away, closer to job, and should be back every weekend for a while. What if I meet a girl I like :) IWe've been sleeping in separate rooms for 1 1/2 years, and we haven't been a family for longer than that. Good thing is that we still love each other, and want to give each other time. I want to be her friend, we've been through alot, good and bad.

So any ideas and suggestions would be helpful. I'm not looking for divorce primarily so that the house can be kept for her and my son, and I'd be sending money home every month. Funny thing is she's still married too... never got divorced from her ex, but I was cool with that. She's from Brazil, and we've been married 11 years. Any advice on what my best options are. Guess it's tough to think of these things during holidays. At least I'm almost over the heartache :)

Here's the situation. I've lived with my roommate for about 7-8 months, and so far things have been okay. We had one rough patch, but got through it just fine without any hurt feelings at the end. I work evenings and he works days so we don't see each other very often. I got home tonight from a not-so-hot day, and my cat is locked in my bedroom. This has happened before so I didn't think anything of it, until he came out of his room to talk to me about it. Apparently my cat had ruined something of his, and he was really angry about it. So he told me to pay for it, and that I now have to lock the cat in my room when I leave for work. I was caught off gaurd so all I said was "okay." Now, though, I'm beginning to get upset about it. I asked him REPEATEDLY before getting my cat if this would be okay with him, and he told me it would be...over and over. I'm just not sure what my next step should be, and I could use some help. Any advice is appreciated!

Ok so my friend and I were AMAZING friends, I don't think I have ever been closer to a friend than him, but now we've kind of fadded away. But its totally his fault, I keep acting the same as I always have and kept talking to him the same way as always but he got distant and didn't seem to open up and tell me whats going on like he did before. I am totally over the b.s. of trying to figure out whats going on with him, you can't help someone who doesn't want your help at all. I'd been seeing for over a year and he had just moved back to his hometown in September for a job. He told me he wanted to keep in touch, but the last time I talked to him was in October. So...since November, about a month now, I hadn't contacted him at all...now he just called me, 2 months later....
Uh..I don't know whether to be sad or happy...He told me that he was driving home from a bar and put in a cd to that was one that we always listened to. He said it reminded him of me. So we got to talking, he wondered how I was doing and everything. Then he started telling me that he met a girl after he sold her a system (ADT) and they've been going together for a few months. HUH? Why would he say that to me? Was he expecting me to be happy about that? I didn't understand that, especially after I haven't heard from him in 2 months. Was he trying to rub it in my face or something? Why would he be calling me then? Just to keep me in the picture...just in case? I held back, and pretty much changed the subject. Then he asked if I had talked to my uncle about Colorado, and I told him I'd be seeing him for the holidays, and that we might go this April. He sounded excited, but asked about deer around his property. So I said, isn't there a season for that? And he said yah it's from August-November. And then I said they have good fishing out there. So he told me to keep him up to date with it. So..why would he want to go on vacation with me & my parents for that matter, if he thought he was going to still be with this girl? He said he hooked up, so I don't know if that means it's just for sexual purposes or what. I didn't want to ask though. Anyway, we were ending the conversation and he was telling me that he was thinking of me so he decided to give me a call, and I told him thanks for calling and it was nice to hear from him, and he said the same. Then I said, well I wish we could talk more because I miss ya, and he said yah, but it is what it is. UHHHH why, why does he say that? Then he said, keep your chin up, good luck with your job, and call me if you need something. So what's up with that? I don't understand, I just don't. And it breaks my heart at the same time. What does he honestly want from me? Like I said, after I don't contact him for awhile, he always comes back. And it happened again, this time. I'm glad that I told him that I missed talking to him, but I wasn't really expecting that response. He also said, after he said it is what it is, that we live apart now. Well no kidding, but that shouldn't stop you from keeping in contact. Is he pretty much telling me that there is no chance because we live apart now? I hope after he talked to me, he thinks long and hard about me. It's actually just bringing more memories of me by calling me tonight. Well at least I know that email about my pill addiction didn't seem to phase him. But I'm not going to email him that letter now, because I just talked to him. And again, I'll leave it be for awhile. I don't know how I should approach things now...=( Does he still have feelings for me? What is going on?

I really liked this guy, but he told my friend that we could never be together. I'm so heartbroken right now. As I'm typing, tears are flowing down my cheeks. I can't believe he played with my feelings.
Why did he have to lead me on?He could have just told me from the start that we could never be more than just friends.

I feel so hurt and upset. I feel like using the guilty approach and telling him myself that I like him and that I'm sorry I ever wasted my time on him. Should I do that?Or just ignore him from now on?

Okay I have asked this question before and I broke up with my bf and he swore he wasn't cheating on me... I have been with him for 6 years and I have never thought of him cheating on me..( we live in different states) but here lately its like something has changed I mean he hasn't called me in like 3 days and the other day he told me he was going to let someone use his cell phone... you don't just let anyone use your phone right.. Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 4 years. We have a 4 month old daughter together, but he just wont give me the commitment I want. I want to get married, he says hes not ready for that yet. I want us to live together and he says he's waiting to see, what's going to happen with his job.(hes looking for another job and he doesnt know what part of the state hes going to be living in) Im the beginning of our relationship, he wanted he to move in with him and he wanted to get married, but I wasnt ready yet. I was only like 16 or 17. I'm 19 now and I have a baby I take care of, he does help me. I really do love him and I want to spend the rest of my life with him, but I don't think he feels the same way about me. He used to tell me that but he doesnt anymore. I really want to get over him, if hes not going to give me what I want, but I don't know how. I can't just say bye and never talk to him or see him again. He's going to want to see his daughter. No I'm not talking about a voice inside my head. I mean she's a good friend of mine, and she moved away so I don't see her that much. The most time I do spend with her is talking over IM. You first start off in the month of Dec. all in the spirit Decorate the house with lights purchase presents for the family. Then go to work one day and your told out of know where your fired because you went over a limit on a contract you sighn when your first employed for the first 12 months that is totally not intentional. Even though everything is good between you and your Employeer and everything you are over or short is found. It's that dumb contract the Banks have mind you. Then your poor broke the rest of the month with 3 kids, lots of Bills, hardly any food to eat and checks that bounce. It's tough but you know what? I am still going to look forward to Christmas Day and keep Praying to God every Night and Day and thank him for what I do have and that's my Children. God Bless!
