Okay I have asked this question before and I broke up with my bf and he swore he wasn't cheating on me... I have been with him for 6 years and I have never thought of him cheating on me..( we live in different states) but here lately its like something has changed I mean he hasn't called me in like 3 days and the other day he told me he was going to let someone use his cell phone... you don't just let anyone use your phone right.. I mean am I reading too much into this or what.. I asked him and he told me I was being paranoid but it just seems like something is wrong... So how can I tell if he is cheating or its just me being stupid???

Kudos to you for having a relationship with someone in another state. I don't know if it started out that way...but I digress.

Do you two usually talk everyday? If so, I can see 3 days of not speaking as being a problem.

Him letting someone use his cell phone, doesn't sound far-fetched. Personally, as long as the person doesn't call out of my calling area or run off with my phone...I generally will let them use mine. **thinks to self** However, who nowadays doesn't own a cell phone? Hmmmm.

Before you do anything rash, confront him. You deserve to know. After all, you have six YEARS invested in this. He owes you that much.

I would not jump to the conclusion that he is cheating just yet. Since you do not live in the same state maybe you can go there for an unexpected visit. When you arrive you can tell him it was just a surprise. It will be pretty slick of you and most likely he will never expect it. My advice is to not jump to any conclusions until he is different to you in person. A nice visit would be great!

I'm sorry I do know how you feel ,but with you and him being apart it will be hard to prove ,unless you got a hotel near so you can spy on him a few days .cheaters are such players and some are very good at covering there trail .But If I love him that much to the point of having a future with him I would just have to spy ,But I'm that way even with my hubbies when in doubt check it out!!!! and guess what I had to drive alittle but he got busted I new in my heart .He was with a younger gal a employee of his .so follow your gut more than what people tells yah ,I had people saying I was crazy he would never do that ,well I did my own checking and my gut was right and was everyone surprised .I wish you the best of luck .remember when in doubt check it out .

Hey,
I think that you are overreacting... If one of my friends needed my cell phone i would let them use it. And if you cant not (sorry about the double negitive) talk to him in in 3 days without getting upset then i think you NEED a little time apart. I am sorry if this upsets you but i think that you WERE over reacting... give him another chance.

u re not being stupid. u have a hunch. hunch is never wrong, if u suspect smth smth is definitely going on. if u discover that nothing goes on and u were just paranoid - guess what - your bf is the best liar in the world or u just want to fool yourself. hunch is never wrong

Oh christ! You live in different states. Did you really think that he wasn't going to cheat?

conveniently "forget" that someone has his phone and call him....see who answers. If your gut tells you something's up, it probably is. Be straight with him and ask for a straight answer. Then follow your gut feelings.

girl, get it together!! it is so obvious that he's with some one else now. he is in another state, so that would be sooo easy for him to do. don't listen to what he SAYS, look at the FACTS. he might of denied it to either make you look stupid, or to make himself look good.

Ask him or confront him with your suspicions, so that you will stop worrying.
