Here is my problem: I am 40 and she is 20. We have gone out to dinner 4 or 5 times this month. She has spent the night several times, simply plutonic too, but she usually curls up next to me throughout the night. She calls me every night before she goes to bed usually 10:30pm and calls me again when she wakes up usually 4:30am. We have never kissed or done anything sexually. What is your out take on this? Am I not seeing a sign?

I ask this question because in today's society unfornately it seems that people are treated based on apperances( at least that's the way it seems to me). I am treated very poorly by people because they say I look very mean (although I am not upset about anything at all) when I am actually one of the nicest people you will want to ever meet and that's the truth. And also because I am very introverted people also treat me badly like the people on my job and every place else. Because of this, I don't go out at all unless its to work and back home because I can't deal with the constant criticism from people. If you were me what would you do? And serious answers only please. I don't have time anytime for sarcasm.

Now before you answer the question, let me provide some examples, so I can better attempt to ask my question.

If no one trusted their lover, would the chances of couples being tested for STDs go up? If no one trusted their lover, would the number of couples that always used condoms go up? If no one trusted their lover, would people find out sooner that their lover was cheating on them? If no one trusted their lover, would (I am assuming mostly women based on some statisticsI read) people have less of a chance to marry someone just so they can get divorced and take half?

Another example, er story. My friends dad has just filed for divorce after his wife cheated on him, and they were married for 20? years, now he has had to sell his house, car, jeep, and more but what really broke him, was he was forced to sell his Harley. He doesn't have a lot of money anymore.

So I ask the QUESTION once more would the (love) life's of everyone benefit from global distrust?

This one girl has been trying to frame me and has thus far been successful, well since the beginning of this month. I received a phone call from another girl threatening me that they are going to the police and I didn't do anything. If she has not called me back does that mean they finally traced all the "harrassing" emails (which I also received) to the real source? The girl trying to frame me! My anger is more directed at the girl making up these things and I wanted nothing to do with it. Its making me upset because she continues to talk behind my back. When will they find out? So this girl is a 8 years older and done having kids. I am 24 with no kids but I really want my own. So we aren't compatible. We both really like eachother but have never gotten past our age difference. She kissed me on the jaw once.

How can I approach her about friends with benefits? It might be good for both of us. Since she is divorced with her kids she probably doesn't have it very often, so we all win right? She can always say no.
