So this girl is a 8 years older and done having kids. I am 24 with no kids but I really want my own. So we aren't compatible. We both really like eachother but have never gotten past our age difference. She kissed me on the jaw once.

How can I approach her about friends with benefits? It might be good for both of us. Since she is divorced with her kids she probably doesn't have it very often, so we all win right? She can always say no.

I just need to know how to get it to that level.

Its very simple!
Go out for a romantic dinner, have yr dinner first, then tell her everything slowly bit by bit, make sure you ask her first that she let you finish your side first, then only she`ll have her comments.

Remember! True Love is based on truth and facts.

the worst thing you can do is suggest that, If its going to happen it will happen but a woman with children hopefully wants to find peace with herself and settle down... not have booty calls!
