Mushy is not our style and country music is not either. No special song was playing when we had our first kiss, anniversary, or anything like that. I am a bit lost. I know I want to dance but I just cant find any song I like

It depends on what kind of dance you want. For slow dancing there is "When Smoke Gets In Your Eyes","Take My Breath Away" (Berlin from Top Gun.),"Stand By Me".
Check with a local music store (other tan Wal-Mart or Target),the ones that sell sheet music and instruments. A knowledgeable sales person can help pick or suggest some dancing music for all tastes and styles.

How about something fun? Like "Dancing Queen" by Abba. Or that song... "do a little dance, make a little love, get down tonight" (not sure of the name - I think it's "Get Down Tonight"). Just something fun and cute. I had friends that got married and danced to one of the songs from Pulp Fiction and they simulated the dance that Uma and John did on the dance floor in the movie. It was so fun to watch!
