Takes cops with you to her place, they should help you get your stuff or take her to court and sue her for the stuff back or what it will cost you to replace it. Be sure you have documentation, like email, tape phone calls, certified letters. No one has the right to keep things that belong to someone else, and certainly do not have a right to dictate she will decide when to give it back to you, this is morally or legally.

It sounds like whoever you are dealing with here is a real BIATCH!!! The only thing you really can do, is get the police involved. Tell them the situation and see what they say. You've gotta do something, because you aren't getting anywhere trying to be the nice one in this situation!

I believe it works wonders if you go to the door, knock and wait for her to answer, throw a gallon of petrol or some lighter fluid over her and then menacingly wave some matches.
Ask nicely for your things, if she has them, she'll give you them, if she's sold them or got rid of them, tell her you'll take the money that it will cost to replace.
Not saying this is legal, but I believe it has the desired effect.

Go to the police and say she is stalking you! Tell them that she has stolen your goods , If that fails take a small claims case against her and if you dont have the money to do that then get legal aid for it......or else take colateral....take something of hers and keep it even if it has more value.

Find her, take some mates, the bigger the meaner looking the better and get your stuff back. If she calls the cops she will have to explain why she was going to take what was'nt hers to take.She is using the 'i'm a woman' card. **** that bud. An arsehole is an arsehole.

ok guess what you aren't getting it back.. its the harsh reality... if she truly wanted to be done with you then she would have gave you your stuff to shut you up because that makes no sense what-so-ever!
