This girl that I like is a bankteller at the bank I go to. We have spoke to each other, just saying hi and nothin beyond that. I would like to get to know her and ask her out on a date. What should I do or how should I approach her at the bank?

It seems like women after divorce or even after marriage feel they are "owed" or deserve everything they want. Many feel they don't need to work or contribute to the financial goals of the household. Where does this come from? Is it from being spoiled as children or do they feel once they snag a guy and get a commitment, an expensive diamond ring, stability, etc. that they don't need to provide financially to the relationship.

After divorce, I have seen women complain they don't have anything, even if they are getting alimony (free money) child support, etc.

Maybe if the roles were reverse they would see that they make out pretty well financially whether they are married or divorced....I would love to see more men get custody and have the women pay the $2000-3000/mo child support.......

Any thoughts/comments?

I recently started seeing this guy. Usually before we would get off the phone, we would say the usual good night, see ya, talk to you tomorrow, sweet dreams, etc. No one has said. I love you. Now, whether it is morning noon or night the last thing he says is One, or One Love. What does this mean? I am not up on slang or anything like that.

I see so many people in my lifetime that are in thier late 30's, 40's and 50's that are still dating and havent even come close to finding that one person what was meant for them. It scares me as a young, single woman that ill end up like that. alone at that age. im not saying that its the most horrible thing in the world, so please dont focus on that......but humans are built to love and find love and search for the ever-lasting love. is it that only a certain number of us in the world actually find that person??

My dad was just on trail for tax evasion, and was sentenced to pay 800k in back taxes or go to jail. My father was not the best dad growing up abusive ect. He blames me for his financial situation because of the money he spent raising me. The reality is that my father mismanaged his money and bought a new hundred thousand dollar car every 3 years. My dad now has to sell one of his million dollar homes(he has two). Everybody in my family is acting like its a huge tradgedy, but frankly I dont feel bad. He mismanaged his money and has to make a sacrafice. Is it wrong not to feel bad, would you?

This happens most of the time and I'm wondering why.

I believe I will find that right guy out there for me, and he is out there somewhere and he is waiting for me too. I know that I will go through guys, and date them and then dump them. I also believe that the guy needs to ask you out, and he needs to make the first move, unless he is one of those, really shy guys. I do believe tradition is important, and I believe in it. Am I to old fashioned? Am I being to traditional? I just think things should happen this way. Give me your input.

I like this guy, he is sweet. So, I am playing hard to get and I am doing some little flirting things, unlike my friend who I will talk about later, like looking at him and looking away and smiling. So far, it is working quite well. But as I was talking about my friend she like used to be obssesed with him! She said she loved him, I doubt it though, it was not love, it was obsession with something she could not have. Anyways, I told her I like him.

Okay, I'm 15 and one side of me wants a girlfriend, but I don't want anyone to know about it. My parents are idiots about it, and so are my other relatives. I want to punch them all. If I told them I had a girlfriend they would be like "oh, that's so cute" or some crap like that. My other side wants to avoid ever being in a relationship to make my parents upset and think I'm lonely and so they can't tease me. I have really low self esteem, and I view myself as stupid and ugly, etc. and I have anger problems, plus an anxiety to ask a girl out, an anxiety I will probably never fix, nor do I really feel like fixing it..Sometimes I just want to be alone, and I am sort of already planning on it. ok...One of my best friends has a very crappy boyfriend that is always hitting on me. It wouldn't be so much of a problem if he wasn't one of my husbands bestfriends. He is always slapping my butt when I walk infront of him and winking at me when no one else is looking. To make things worse he pulls his junk out of his pants for me to see!!! He is always telling me to show him my boobs (of course I don't). It makes me feel very uncomfortable and I don't know what to do about it. I don't do anything to lead him on. Anytime we are in a room together he starts this crap. I tell him to leave me alone and get a life but it doesn't stop him. I told my husband once and he confronted his friend and of course his friend denied it. We do everything with this couple.
