My dad was just on trail for tax evasion, and was sentenced to pay 800k in back taxes or go to jail. My father was not the best dad growing up abusive ect. He blames me for his financial situation because of the money he spent raising me. The reality is that my father mismanaged his money and bought a new hundred thousand dollar car every 3 years. My dad now has to sell one of his million dollar homes(he has two). Everybody in my family is acting like its a huge tradgedy, but frankly I dont feel bad. He mismanaged his money and has to make a sacrafice. Is it wrong not to feel bad, would you?

Nope. I don't shed a tear.

But you need to find a way to forgive, or your bitterness will eat at your heart. Forgive doesn't mean you have to be best buddies or trust him.... just that you release him from your anger over it.

Then move on and have a good life for yourself.

Best Wishes,

Sue

I Wouldn't Feel Bad Because Firstly He Has TWO Million Dollar Homes So He Has Another To Go To-It's Not Like He's Homeless!
He Shouldn't Blame You For His Loss, Because It Sounds As If You're Grown And Out Of The House Now-He's Had Time To Regain The "Fortune" He Spent On You.
Personally, I Don't Think It's Your Fault And I Feel Your Father Is Using You For Something He Can Take His Problems Out On..It's Not Your Fault He Spent His Money Buying Cars And Not Paying Taxes!!

a super type of the homes lost contained in the flames have been owned by using center type families no longer the wealthy and nicely-conventional. And in simple terms given which you won't care if a CA relatives who owned a million dollar abode lost their property, it does no longer mean that they does no longer sympathize with you in case you lost your $one hundred twenty five,000 abode. it incredibly is purely as tragic to lose a $one hundred twenty five,000 abode because it incredibly is to lose a million dollar abode.

Hell no some people have no home at all. Prehaps your father should go stay in a homeless shelter for a few days.

You are right !
It is his own stupidity that got him in trouble.
A fool and his money are soon parted .
No I don't feel sorry .He still has more then most people will ever have .

I'm with you, don't feel bad. Sounds like he sacked everyone and now he should pay them back.
