hmm...is this phrase true or not?& has anyone actually experienced this in real life?

cos just yesterday,i told my 3 month crush that i like him & his reply was "i would have said yes,but i'm not looking for a relationship right now & i like someone else too"....& the worst part was that he was so sweet abt it,he tried to make me feel good,he even stayed with me when i told him i wanted to talk(that made him miss one of his favourite events too-felt sory abt that afterwards,i should have just let him go) & we ended up talking for more than an hour.it was fun!

i keep wishing that he would have acted like a jerk,then it would have been so much easier to get over him.lol,but this is reality & that wasn't the way it happened.

so,i just want to know if this saying is true cos i really want to get over him(mainly cos i'll be seeing him a lot-at school,during the hols etc.)

we both have families, and I dare not have something better than she does, she is so envyous of me and my kids, I can even see it in her kids now, they are becoming the same way with my kids, I tried talking with her in a diplomatic way but she is so always right I cannot get through to her, she never has time to talk because she is always busy doing nothing, obviously she avoids me sometimes, she is totally moody most of the times, and she likes to pretend living the high life which I know she is always pretending, is she a bad influence? should I end this friendship? I am always there for her but she is never there for me, I feel sorry for her most of the times because she has no friends, she had to spend a whole week at my house because she had no heat for a while, and the weather is starting to get really cold now, I could not of said no, she has kids, I am really frustrated, she even says things to her kids, and they tell me what she said and beg me not to rat on them, help ?

My best friend who is 13 has just lost her mom to cancer today. What should i do? Should i call her? should i email her. Should i go over her house anytime soon? She didn't come to school today and i found out after school. Will it change everything when she comes back? My class wants to do something for her and her family except she doesn't like people's pity. I knew her mom and i can't believe that she isn't here anymore:(

I am tired of this routine that is happening in my relationship. My man knows my every move there is no mystery for me but I don't know his every move. He knows I am at home with the kids no worries for him while he is out having fun what should I do ? my brother recently got a girl friend, they've been going out for about 5 months and it's his first girlfriend and he's a senior. he is a real gentleman in the ways that he opens doors for her and stuff like that. but he doesn't know how to treat a girl but he thinks he does. my family and i arent' real keen on his girlfriend either. she doesn't treat him well. all he doe is give her things and all she does is take. if we try to talk with him about it, he gets angry and defends himself. see, what he does is, he always has to look at her and when he does it's like a stare, he can't look away, it looks like he stalking her when he looks at her. he usually talks really low and loud but recently when he's around her, he talks all soft and girly. he's almost bankrupt because he buys her everything. what can we do to stop him from acting this way? i really need your help, we've run out of options. oh, and another thing...he calls her about 3 times a day. and gets mad when he can't call her.

okay, im in 8th grade, Jr high school. I'd like some people with experience to help me on this one. It really is confusing, and i need some help. Okay, so the other day, the 29th i was out for surgery, and will be out for a week, maybe 2. My freinds told the boy i liked i liked him and asked him if he liked me.
