I know this is really cliche, but there's this guy at church that I haven't seen since I was six. Every time we're both at church, the conversations are hilarious and seem to never stop. He told me last Sun. night that I was pretty, and that he didn't even recognize me at first when he saw me. I asked him to my Christmas Party for work, just so I could have somebody to talk to, and he said "I reckon I can". When we're sitting next to each other talking, he's always turning his head to look at me, and he's even claimed that he's tryin to impress me, and he called me a beuatiful distraction. So...now that ur bored w/ the background info...would he call me if I gave him my cell number? Does he like me? or is he just being nice to me?help guys, please?

this person has always done what they wanted without a care for others. They used anyone to get what they wanted. Now having fallen on bad times (healthwise and financial), this person has been at various family members doors' demanding to be taken in and cared for. Bad times can befall anyone, but this person never prepared for a rainy day. Also as a vet, I thought they got med care and a pension and possibly a vet's nursing home to live in. Has that changed?

Is it true that us girls subconsciously try to find a guy who's like our dad?

I think it has something to do with the Electra Complex, the female version of the Oedipus Complex.

I can't help but notice that my boyfriend of 9 1/2 months reminds me of my dad.
They both like cracking jokes, which leads me to be sensitive towards them. And they are both sarcastic.
They both are good political debaters.
They both know the Bible very well and can give great speeches and lessons based on the Bible.
They look kinda similar-ish??
Oh, and they both love Shakira. LOL.

I know there are other things. I just can't think of anymore at the moment. These are just some I've noticed.

Does anyone else think we try to find a guy like our dad?
Does anyone else find that their significant other is like their dad too?

A lot of people have told me that although I am feeling it, he might be scared off or just not ready to say it back. We have only been together for 4 months and so maybe I should wait till we have gone through thick and thin to decide my feelings. But I know by Christmas I will be bursting inside with impatience and sadness if I cannot tell him. Is it true that guys should say it first? How long will it take before he propably will feel the same? He tells me he is crazy about me and always thinks about me and wants me. He even made me Thanksgiving dinner and loves my morning face. Is that a clue he is getting near it???

I just connect with non American women better it seems, they have all the qualities that men want in a wife Loyal, beeautiful, hardworking, aprreciative, caring, ect. Plus many of them are trying to leave ecomically depressed countries and giving them a new life in America will be much better for them. And no I don't want a submissive women or a sex slave, I have always treated women great in all my relationships and share all the responsibilities with her. I'm 6'2, 205, dark hair and green eyes. I'm also in very good shape, I work out four times a week, I'm college educated, I have a very good job, and I don't cheat at all. A women from Asia or South America would be ideal for me I think. So wha does everyone think.

Thank you for taking time out to pray for me. I just can't tell you how much I appreciate your help...

I just need some insight, Gods wisdom and guidance so I can make the right choices... I'd also REALLY appreciate it if God would find a harmless and productive way to get my Mother and Sister's to LAY OFF - to STOP PROJECTING their issues off onto me.. and to just let ME make the choices that are right for me - not them! (I apologize for my tone...)
and, Thank You again.
God bless you all.

My son is divorced. He has run up a hefty legal bill taking his ex to court trying to get access to his 5yo daughter. At the last court hearing, the court decided that my son should collect his daugther from his ex wife and her partners on a Friday evening once a fortnight and that his ex should collect her on Sunday evening from him. This arrangement lasted for two occasions. On the first his ex arrived two hours after the agreed time. On the second she didn't collect her daughter until the Monday. At the hearing my ex daughter in law accepted these arrangements, but has since told my son he won't see his daughter again. His legal representative has informed him that he will not go back to court until the bill is paid off, which will take him the best part of a year. He doesn't qualify for legal aid, unlike his ex. Is there anything he can do in the interim? Needless to say he dislikes his ex with a passion.

Okay, I have a music appreciation class in college and a female friend of mine who graduated a yr ahead of me from the same hs has the same class, just right after me. One of our assignments was to go to a concert and then write a paper on it. There's a certain book that we needed, so I went to the library and checked it out so we could use it. Well, the rough draft is due tomorrow and she needs the book, so she'll probably come to my house and pick it up. All that for this...we went to the concert together and I havent seen her since (t'giving break). We never really said the concert was a date, but i perceive it that way b/c i paid for dinner and both our tickets. I was thinking about asking her out on a real date the next time i see her just the two of us which may or may not be today. I was thinking about doing it this way: See additional details
