Me and this guy have known each other for about 4 months and i really care about him and i kno he cares about me but i dont kno if i should approach him about takin it to a higher level of leaving it where it is and letting it happen naturally. I kno he cares about me by the way he acts towards me and clings to me but i don't kno if it just an act to get something or if he really wants me to be his. i hear that him and ex are still good friends and hang out but i'm not sure if he is still holding on to her or he doesn't want to lose her friendship. What should i do?

And now he doesnt seem to want to meet me. My mum knew we were meeting up to talk about a job but she didnt know the sex happened. But my mum mentioned it to his sister-in-law who is my mums best friend and she gave him a bit of a boll*cking about it. He knoews I am going through a lot with hospiatl tests and family rows and sleeping rough, but he still doesnt say just come round and have a drink, sleep in the spare room. I know i cant just be a booty call to him as he has WAY WAY WAY too much to lse trust me. I do love him very much. He is 46 and I am 16, its not illegal, its legal in this country at 16.
I think he may just be really scared incase someone finds out as if the mother of his younger children found out she would stop him seeing them, and his older children (older than me) would tell him to sling his hook and probably batter me!
I text him today asking if we want to meet tonight, and he rang me but never mentioned it!!
Do u think he will call??????????????????????????...

Is it okay to date a younger guy?
i met this guy two months ago, we exchanged no. and we communicate on phone, he keeps asking me out on a date so i finally accept. Our first date was only one week ago. It's only then he told me his age (25yrs.) and i'm 27yrs old, he has a really nice personality and cute, he seems to be mature. i never dated a younger guy and another thing he's about 2"inches shorter than me. I feel as though i'll be taking advantage. Is it normal to feel that way?

I met a guy last week. We went on our first date and have spent every night together since (8days). I have never been in a situation like this before. I enjoy his company and I know he enjoys mine. We share allot of thw same views on life and marriage & children and we both seem to want to setlle down. We have gone out for dinner, met family and freinds, slept at each others house since the first date last week, so we havent had any alone time at all. It has been great but I am feeling like I need my space. We did have one night without each other and he ended up coming over after he wet out with his friends. The next day after he left my place he called from home and said he was doing allot of thinking about us and wanted some space. He said things were moving way to quickly and that we would hang out in a few days and slow things down. I dont know what to make of this. It was him who wanted to see me every night, be exclusive and not date others. What does this all mean?

Have any of you left your true love because the only life you would have with them is a poor life?? If so, who did you end up spending the rest of your life with? Do you regret it, or stand by it?

My boyfriend (of 5 years) and I have recently broken up. It's been REALLY hard on the both of us. But, what's the hardest thing is the fact that we're still living together. Technically, the apartment is mine because I pay all the bills (part of the problem!) and it's under my name. But, he has no where to go and the least I can do is give him time to figure things out and establish a new residence. It's not ending on a bad note, so it's not easy for me to just be like, "Get the hell out!"

But, it's really taking it's toll on me. It's really hard to know that someone is no longer your partner and have to deal with them every day. We still watch TV together, eat together, etc. We kind of don't have a choice right now.

To top things off, his birthday is today and yesterday he went out with his friends and was gone for a long time. Naturally, I'm thinking about what he's doing and if he's met another female. But, I didn't trip because he's no longer my man. What do I do

Our love for each other is great, I would die for her. I talk to a sex therpaist and she indicate its me and not her. She says I need to improve on my sex appeal what ever that means. Can anyone add on how, what I should do...

I understand the going out a few times does not constitute a relationship, so "blowing someone off" in that case is not always the "nicest" thing, but it is perfectly acceptable. But, if you date someone for an extended period of time and then decide that you no longer want to, the grown-up, considerate thing to do is just say so. Why do men just grow more and more distant, then just sort of go away? I am not saying that all men do this, but a whole lot of them do. Women need closure...It's a lot like an "exit interview" with a job or something.

I was obsessed with this boy for months, and he just recently took me out on a date. Nothing went wrong or anything, but I'm not sure that I like him anymore. Things about him that I used to find cute are starting to bother me so much now. I'm also starting to worry that people will laugh at me if I become his girlfriend because he's so unpopular.

It's like now that I actually have a chance, I'm having major doubts. My friends assure me that this is a normal phase and it will probably pass; is this true? Thanks for your help!

Everything was fine until they got married. She had two children and my son had one. The night they got married, she accused me of playing favorites with the children. This was not so. My husband and I loved all of them. When we would have holidays, she wouldn't let me have the dinners at my house. She wanted to do it. I finally gave in to that. I found out that she was being mean to my blood grandson and the fight was on. Of course she denied it, but even her own children told me. My grandson finally went to the authorities and he was removed from the home. I received a phone call from my son and got all the blame. I had nothing to do with it. She has my son right where she wants him. She owns everything(supposedly for taxes) and her brothers are pres. and vpres of the union that my son works for. I will admit that she was good for my son and got his life on the right path, but she has torn my whole family apart. We no longer have family get togethers.

My 4+1/2 year old daughter who has just started going to school asked me this the other day, and I answered her with the best of my ability, but it really got me wondering..... How would you answer that question to a 4 year old? (we have no history of divorces to explain what that means... and try and link it for her, (thankfully I suppose!).

Does anybody know how it became "Step" mother/father/sister/brother?

Do you think an online friend is the same as a real life friend? If there's almost zero chance of ever meeting in person, does it make sense to set boundaries, or is it a safe and harmless opportunity to talk to someone about whatever comes up?

i have a long-distance relationship since almost 9 month... everything go well.... this last weekend my bf went out with his friends (he told me he will). everything's fine. but now i logged in myspace and i saw a comment in his myspace of his best buddy girlffriend's best friend sayin this : "farley's (thast the place they were) was so much fun this week! i can't wait for our heart-to-heart"

what she meant with "our heart-to-heart"???

On the other hand, my bf, i trust him cuz he's even more in love with me and i recognize that.. and he even wants to marry me... but unfortunatly i had sufffered so much in the past that for me, nowadays, its kinda hard believe in promises and love.....
sure im in love with him but i heard some american girls are super sneaky and this is what i think about this one; even more after he told me his friends were talking about my back saying they think he should take care in case im a golddigger bla bla bla ...

what can i do?
