I was thinking of learning how to massage properly , so I could impress my new girlfriend ! or would it be to obviouse I was trying to hard ? also the other reason was, because I want her to give me one sometimes !! or maybe I should just leave it ?

Learn how to massage well. A boyfriend I dated a few years ago gave me a great massage (because he was getting a certification on it). It served a dual purpose. He did it for the sake of my relaxing (I was too stressed out working at that time) and he was practicing on me...lol. Following that massage, we had dinner together sitting right on the bed and laughing at a comedy show on tv. It was a very relaxing evening. The massage doesn't have to end up with both of you being in bed. It can be like what happened to me and my friend and still be a great time. And yes, ask her to follow your hand movements and feel the different pressure that you put on her so she can return the favor to you. Remember one thing though...some people have the stamina to give hour long massages, some don't! lol

She'll be absolutely impressed if you pick up some massage techniques! I've been trying to get my boyfriend to learn for ages. Spa massages are expensive and time-consuming. A little rub here and there at home would be infinitely better.
I don't think it would look like you were "trying to hard." This is something that shows how much you care.

How long have you been dating? Ask her how she feels about a massage. Ask her if she would like to learn with you. My bf bought me my 1st massage for Valentine's day, we had only been dating for about 6 weeks. I thought that was very romantic. We have since learned how each other likes massage. Communication is the key.

The best way to impress someone is to llisten. Listen to what is important to them and what interests them. I have found sometimes you can gleen details just by listening carefully. They will mention things like I like a certain flower or Ilike this show or I have a interest in certain types of orchids from new Zeland. Asking questions and looking around where the person lives give hints as to what to ask. Every human being has a unique and interesting story and is facinating if you dig far enough. The art is getting to that story. It takes alot of patience.

If she is a very new girlfriend i.e. a few weeks, I would wait a while until you got to know each other better. If you have been together a while now, I would go for it. I would be impressed if my boyfriend did this for me. It could be a great thing to go to classes together and then practise on each other when you get home!!??

for me i think a good massage is the best way to make me impressed with a man and sometime i would like to return the favor. so yes i think you should try and if it doesnt work then at least you tried. its not like shes going to break up with you over it.
