You need to put the baby first. Press charges and stay away. Don't let your mother hurt the baby.

I don't think you should press charges. Only because she is your mother. However, that doesn't mean that what she did should go unnoticed. I think that you should disassociate yourself from her. Your mother clearly has no respect for you and your unborn child. You should not be subjected to such violence. It doesn't matter what you've done, how old you are, or even your living arrangement. No one has the right to endanger a childs life. If it wasn't your mother then, by all means, I would say press charges. But because she is, just try to remove yourself from her presence. Good luck, and I hope you are okay.

It's entirely up to you but if you and the baby aren't hurt then don't press charges. Let her live with her conscience. And if you talk to anyone that talks to your mom tell them that you are hurting from the hit and let them tell her. As far as the baby, I would not let her even know when you go into labor so she will not end up trying to make amends at the hospital. If she does find out tell the doctor not to let her in because you are afraid of her and let him know what happened. If it were me, she would have to do some serious apologizing to ever get to see her grandchild.

Leave her home and never go back. Does your mother "flip" often? You can press charges, and if you stay, it will be much worse the next time. She is an abusive person and you cannot stay there.

I would say do something about it. She could have really hurt you and your baby. At the same time she is your mother so it would be hard to do something like that but remember that she was the one that did something wrong not you. She should have known better then you do that. good luck hope everything works out.

you should of charged her.
she not only assaulted you but she assaulted and inocent baby.
She could of caused harm to your baby or you could of lost your baby.
no one should hit anyone. Especially no one should ever assault a pregnant person it not just you she attacked your baby who did nothing wrong she attacked that baby too.
dont let it go i wouldnt trust her to be around ever again after that she had no respect for your baby whos to say she wont try it again or who to say she wont hurt you baby later on after its born.
becareful protect yourself and most important for your baby's safety.
Charge her that way even if you dont follow through with the charges there is a record of the event in the police system.

if this wasnt the first time it happen, then you should go to the police and press charges not only for your sake but also for your baby. Go to a OBY and get check to make sure nothing has happen to your baby.
