Since california does not recognise common law marriage, if I went with her to a state for a few days which recongises it and signed an affidavit of support would that be applicable for us. I am trying to know this because we can be eligible to tax benefits which helps us as we live together.

My sister, who is 11, says that people are "going out" in grade 6! GRADE 6! I remember at that age guys were more concentrated on what pokemon movie was coming out, not playing 7 minutes of heaven at birthday parties. Am I wrong about this, or do people actually have meaningful relationships at age 10-12?

P.S: Please don't tell me that there are worse things than kissing at that age.

would single mothers get more child support if society used more carrots and perks rather than the kick em while there down approach for non custodial fathers ?

Took in to account that non custodial fathers can lose there jobs , get sick get disabled .

Take into account Some times noncustodial fathers need to get a pay cut to get to a job that will ultimatley pay them more than what they earn at there present job ?

Take into account being a noncustodial father can feel pretty bleak .

I know that your first answer will proberly be no just to be nice, but do men really find scars a turn off? Has anyone had to deal with explaning to someone about their scars? OK get this i liked this girl for a while and my best friend started likein her to and then he went and asked her out behind my back and didnt even bother to mention to me that they were dating. after that i just hurt like a kick in the head so that night i told her how i felt and now shes confused and dosent know who to choose and its been about a month now and whenever i ask her about it she just cries and gets mad. also my best friend is just becoming a dick head hes always lieing and rubbing it in that he goes out with her and not to mention its his first girlfriend and hes 16 so yeah hes cool. I joined the drama class at school and had NO idea that we have to kiss???? I'm the lead character and the boy I soooo like is the guy I have to kiss ^_^.

I never kissed a guy before because I'm 14 years old, but never had my first kiss and the guy I really really like...I have to kiss him and not ready????? People and me dont think I'm the type to kiss boys yet. At least, that what my friends say...they cant imgaine me kissing a boy. I dunoo why.

I'm totally freaking out and I'm so scared and cannot drop out now because the play is next Saturday and I know thats a long time, but I dont want to drop out because of a kiss...people will think I'm such a loser and dont want them thinking that. I really really want to kiss him, but not really if you know what I mean....please help!!!!!! (I have to kiss him on the lips)

I am back living with my mother who is constantly negative

She does not know how this effects me but my stomach hurts. It's just all day saying bad things about everybody ! People on TV, the way people look; saying the look "sneaky", just nonstop. I didn't realize how negative she is until i moved out.

Even now Mario Lopez on dancing with the stars she cant stop saying how much she can't stand him going "nah nah hahhah creep". it just makes my stomach hurt.

i handle this bye trying to counteract it with being constantly positive, saying "he's cute though' but she wont have it. its just constant and it's really affecting me. it's hard to stay positive.

i really can't talk to her about this. but i'm trying to show her how to be positive without saying anything; but it's an uphill challenge.

Please help; any tips with how to handle negative people?

Well my friend was raped yesturday by her boyfriend. She broke up with him after her mom found out about it and banned her from seeing him anymore. Well she loves him....and she kind of wants to get back together with him, but she's scared. He regrets it a lot...and now he is talking about suicide! Well considering the answers to my last question...I seemed to have made the right decision to move on...Although I have been trying to date as hard as it is to get over the guy I was dating...I seem to have this problem with attracting the wrong type of guys im in my mid 20's and always attract immature men or guys younger then me...they are usually after sex or just plain beat and are still into playing games or sleeping around...any suggestions what I need to do to help eliminate "some" of the losers and find a decent guy...p.s. i dont dress particularly sexy im a very trendy...educated...confident...or so I'd like to think...
